We are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations on several levels Katherine, especially the cleaners missing a few spots in the refrigerator and an old stain on the mattress. I am glad that we could get the cleaning corrected quickly and sorry that it took a bit to coordinate steam cleaning of the mattress. This is not a typical Southern experience and we do hope you can get back to the beach soon. Southern
