Residence located in a beautiful exotic garden with 2 swimming pools, one with water slide (open from mid-April to mid-October), a snack bar to eat or have a drink at the pool (accepts takeaways and half board ).
Ideal for a holiday without a car. Many activities on site or nearby. Buses approximately every 10 minutes to the city center of Cannes, the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette. From there, Nice, Grasse, Antibes, Juan les pins (only 1 way).
The 400m TER station to a destination of coastal cities.
If you prefer the car, walks in the countryside, perched villages and even winter sports at one.

Wheel Chair Access, Pool, Pets Allowed, Spa / Wellness Animation adult day and evening 50 m from the beach and 300 meters from the shopping area.

The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a living room sleeps 3 opening onto a terrace with panoramic sea view, double bedroom, alcove with bunk bed, bathroom, toilet.

Kitchenette equipped with 4 hotplates, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker. Television.

De accommodatie viel echt super tegen!Het inventaris was echt niet compleet. De stofzuiger en vaatwasser waren kapot.Pannenset de handvaten zaten helemaal los.Geen föhn wat wel beschreven stond.Airco die verstopt zat met stof waardoor deze niet goed deed.Wasmachine zit niet in de accommodatie maar straat verderop tegen over de bakker! Voor aankomst krijg je een mail met hoe en wat hoe je binnen komt enz en gelijk word er vermeld boete voor dit boete voor dat.Heel onpersoonlijk!!Tijdens ons verblijf geef je aan wat je allemaal mist en wat kapot is en of er vervanging ervoor kan komen dan krijg je amper geen contact.Bij vertrek krijg je weer mail met hoe je alles achter moet laten en hoe je de sleutels in moet leveren en dat er niks mag missen want anders word van je borg ingehouden!Terwijl je tijdens je verblijf van alles mist en dingen het niet doen!Echt heel onpersoonlijk en slecht voor elkaar!!

Earn your stay!

The well equipped appartment in a somewhat anonumous complex does its job, once you have overcome all the hurdles of the check-in process. Welcome to France and the Fort Boyard Challenge. Ignoring the fact, that there is no empty parking spot outside the complex, just finding the "Tresor" might become a challenge if you think anybody of the official staff can help you. They are all from a different company and yours does actually not exist to them, nor do you know the actual name. Once you have opened the Tresor, it unlocks the valuably parking deck key card. Even with the right card, there is no pointer to which garage you head best. Just go straight to find out, that your card (probably the only one) does not work. All "retour" backwards in the narrow driveway and you have to try calling again. Maybe this time your agent can answer. Once he does, he is very helpful and all runs smoothly, happy stay...

Sehr große Anlage, Zimmer waren im 3. Stock, Ausstattung angemessen

Die Bilder der Anzeige lassen eine Dachterrasse vermuten, war leider nicht so. Die Zuggleise hinter dem Pool sind nicht zu sehen. Dementsprechend laut ist es manchmal. Zentrale Lage, Bus und Bahn innerhalb 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Hätte gerne einen Parkplatz gemietet, geht leider nur bis 1.85 m Autohöhe, wir hatten einen VW Bus; Parkplätze draußen sind nur schwer zu bekommen; 3 deutsche TV Sender; Stockbett steht quasi im Flur; ist kein abgeschlossenes Zimmer; zum Schlafen ist das Appartement ausreichend, der telefonische Kontakt war angenehm und zuvorkommend; sauberes Appartement; es fehlte vielleicht ein Besen und etwas zum feucht durchwischen.

Lovely Stay in the Cote D'Azur

Great place to stay at a reasonable price yet still enjoy all the Cote D'Azur has to offer, Easy access to the trains and bus service along the coast between Cannes and Monaco. nice beach short stroll from apartment and use of 2 swimming pools on the complex, everything in the apartment that one could require. Fabulous view from the balcony where I have spent many hours, and staff in reception really helpful with anything else. , it's a nice place to catch some sun and enjoy the french riviera, I will be returning for sure, and would have no hesitation in recommending your apartments.
