この新しいRiver Run Townhomeからは、15年以上の歴史を持つ最初の新築工事の一環として、どちらの基地まで歩いて行くか、ドアのすぐ外にシャトルバスを走ることができます。 複合施設全体で33ユニットのみ。

3人の王、4人の双子（2台の寝台）と2つのファミリールームがある素敵なデュプレックス。 地上階にあるプライベートホットタブ - 6席。 2階のファミリールームのガス暖炉。 家電製品には、通常のすべてのものに加えて、飲み物/ワイン用の独立した冷蔵庫、鍋用鍋、およびKeurigコーヒーメーカーが含まれています。

Great family getaway.

This property was perfect for our family to enjoy skiing at Keystone and spending time together relaxing in this spacious house. It was an easy walk to the slopes so everyone was able to enjoy the day at their own pace.

Amazing House

The house is perfectly set up for families traveling & the location is perfect. Our rental car company also did not provide any guidance to charge our EV rental car & the property manager was super responsive & helpful to help direct us through charging!

Best place to stay!

We loved staying on this amazing townhouse! All aspects were easy and thoughtful. The property itself is perfection. Location, condition of the unit, stocked kitchen and pantry were all things that make this a must stay vacation rental. We can’t wait to come back!

Family ski holiday

Our extended family parents, two adult couples, and 4 teenagers stayed here for a ski trip. It was the perfect space for our family with plenty of living space and kitchen space for the whole family. The kitchen is well appointed. And the walk to the slopes is doable, but even better when a family member can drop off a bit closer. Overall, it was a great accommodation and we would definitely stay here again.

great location with a lot to offer

This house is in a great location in Keystone. Comfy beds, good supplies to start off with for the weekend. Highly recommend as a place to come and chill with family and friends for a getaway. Professional courtesy and great communication with owner.

We have owned property in the Colorado mountains for over 26 years including Keystone & Breckenridge. We built the Haywood Cafe and managed Gateway Grocery & Liquor two different times. Two of our (now adult) children went to school in Boulder and our son is a Realtor in Denver. They all started skiing at Keystone at the age of 5 - we obviously love it here!

This unit is almost double the size of most units in River Run and has much more privacy. The heated floors feel good on your feet in the morning and you don't have to worry about something brushing up against the baseboard heaters!

It is only a 5 minute walk to the plaza at River Run or to the Gateway Building with ski rental, a grocery/liquor store and the Haywood Cafe - has the best breakfast in Keystone.

This large townhome is nestled between the two base areas at Keystone, is a 5-10 minute walk to either one, and is on the Green bus route if you prefer that method. You can easily get to all the amenities of River Run without being crowded, dealing with elevators, or long walks down halls. And the two heated garage spaces sure beat the hassle of trying to find parking under a building.
