Great Stay in Jackson Area!

We had an amazing stay here, super accessible to jackson hole and Grand Teton and Jackson. Nice area too. We would absolutely recommend staying here. The property manager is super responsive and cares.

Cozy bottom floor unit. Incredibly large and comfy bed. Simple kitchen with all of the essentials to make a week long stay feel like home. Communications with host company was easy, efficient, friendly, and accommodating! Perfect location for quick access to the mountain village. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!Friendly suggestion- add coat hooks near the door.

We loved the easy access of this ground floor unit, and the area was peaceful and quiet. The local grocery store and bottle shop was very convenient. Overall, the unit was clean and comfortable - but it is an older condo and it felt that way. The kitchen had all the basic amenities we needed, but pots/pans, etc were older, mis-matched and somewhat limited. I did LOVE finding salt, pepper and a few other spices in the cupboard. Would be great if the listing indicated that there is both a hot water kettle and a 12-cup drip coffee maker available, and the coffee basket liners and sugar are stocked. The toilet/shower is separate from the spacious sink and counter area, which I really liked, but the shower room was strangely VERY narrow! And there were no hooks on the door or wall to hang clothes, so had to use the toilet lid. The bedroom had a comfortable king size memory foam mattress, but the bed was a bit too high off the floor for this older gal with bad knees and back. A small step stool would have been great, but I managed to climb in each night (there is a 3-step ladder in the closet but that was too big for bedside!)The property management company Outpost sent detailed communications & were available to assist if needed. My primary complaint: all the added fees. The per night cost was very reasonable, but after Outpost added a "property wellness fee" (??) and an enormous cleaning fee, our rental price DOUBLED! The VRBO service fee is also getting too high.

Peaceful Getaway

The community is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The house was clean and well stocked and the location is perfect for an easy commute to restaurants and browsing the local shops. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, we would definitely stay here again!

Would stay again

Spruces 3 is centered to everything Jackson Hole. The condo is well equipped for two. Everything you will need for the kitchen and bath. The king bed is very comfortable. Upstairs neighbors were a little bit noisy. The team at the Outpost were great. Very prompt with emails and text. Would love to stay again.

Ski vacation Jackson Hole

Great location- 9 minutes down the road from Jackson Hole Mountain and 12 minutes into the town of Jackson. Perfect for a single, couple, or couple with small child, 4 adults would have been cramped. Spotless on arrival. Could have used teaspoons for the kitchen, some plastic storage containers with snap on lids for leftovers, and a small throw rug in bedroom so you don't have to get out of bed onto cold tile. Overall great stay and would come back again!

Nice unit for 2, not 4, people

We had a great stay at this unit, but it should not be advertised as sleeping four people with the current furniture. The sleeper sofa beds were in bad disrepair and completely unusable. Thankfully the crew on staff were very helpful and we were immediately given a standing cot and we put a mattress on the floor, which worked well. Great location. We particularly loved having a food market within walking distance.

Condo needs updating

The condo is in desperate need of updating. The pictures made everything look very nice. However, the sofas were very worn, when you were sitting on them you would sink almost to the floor. Kitchen needed more glasses, cups, plates, etc. I will not rent this condo again.
