Easy check in (make sure you have a credit card for security deposit)Great apt - kitchen has dishwasher, coffee machine, oven & hob. Could do with better frying pans (the ones provide are terrible & stick ) Loved having a washer / dryer.Balcony - too noisy to use.Pool / hot tub were fabulous!Staff were outstanding - friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Ryan & Devon.Yaletown has great restaurants (loved the Flying Pig and great wine selection at Brixton & Mortar)Easy to get anywhere. Transit nearby.Would happily stay here again

Superb stay, highly recommended

We really liked this place. The staff was excellent, communicated very well (sometimes it was a tad long of a wait for a response, but totally within quoted times — we just got spoiled by excellent communication), the location is perfect, and it's very comfortable. I also appreciated that it operates like a kind of hybrid of a traditional hotel and VRBO property, so there's actually a check-in desk. We were suuuuuuper late getting into town (we communicated this to them) so it was a huge relief that someone was able to get us in. I think the only slight criticism I have about this place is that checkout is too early at 10:00 and no late checkout was available. That single hour different from the norm in most of North America puts a lot of pressure on lots of folks trying to make the best of an awesome city. But either way, I'd still stay there again. It's too good to pass up.

Excellent location, beautiful rooftop hot tub and pool

Really enjoyed our stay - room was very comfortable and clean, close to many restaurants, coffee shops and stores. The place is small but did not feel like it with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and balcony. Met some very nice people in the hot tub - everyone was very friendly and professional. Parking underground is expensive but convenient and safe (saw lots of homeless - many openly using drugs and ranting. Walk outside in a group,) We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Central and easy

Nice building, very central. Market and restaurants on the corner of the property. I didn’t get the chance to check out the book but heard great things from folks in the elevator that were on their way to go swim. Would stay again!

Great one bedroom / convenient location

I would stay here again. Check in / check out was easy. One bedroom unit was clean, well equipped, very spacious and had two balconies. Great location in North Yaletown. Huge gym. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Building was extremely clean. Can't think of anything negative to say.

Lovely suite! Great amenities.

We had a lovely stay, location right next to the pool and hot tub. Clean and modern room, comfortable beds. Will stay again for sure!

This is a building entirely full of short- to long-term rentals. Nice building, well managed, great suite, very clean. Excellent pool, too!

Loved this property!

The location is perfect for those without a vehicle - SHORT walking distance to the water, pubs, etc. Unit itself is great, full kitchen and comfortable bed!

Great stay at the Furnished Leveled Hotel!

We greatly enjoyed our two week stay at the Furnished Leveled Hotel. Ivan was quick to reply to our messages and was kind and helpful. We found the place we rented very quiet and clean and beautifully furnished. We had plenty of room to put away our things in the walk-in closets. The kitchen was fully functional and equipped for cooking . I especially liked the rooftop terrace and pool. We would most likely rent this place again in our future travels to Vancouver.

Overall I would say we enjoyed our stay. The beds were not queens as advertised. That was disappointing as my partner is 6 feet tall. The patio could have been cleaner . Otherwise, it was great.
