We had a wonderful stay. Only issue was we had to purchase toilet paper (only a half roll in each bathroom when we arrived). Shower handle kept falling off and shower curtain mildewed.

We love Destin and go every year . We have stayed at maravilla for the last couple of years and it couldn’t be better . The location is absolutely perfect , the beach is perfect , the weather is always perfect. The unit we stayed in this time was very clean . There were a few minor issues that we had (very minor like a loose door knob and shower knob) and the property management company was extremely helpful . I texted the number I was given and they sent someone out immediately to take care of them . The check in process was awesome and everything about the trip was perfect . Can’t wait to do it again next year !

Great process!

We really love staying here it’s ideal especially with the beach chairs and it being across the street from beach. Beach boys can be rude until your about 3 days in and our only complaint is the pans and sissors and utensils need upgraded. Other than that great process and we will be back in a few years.

Paradise!

We loved our stay! The private beach and pools were wonderful. The condo was clean and had lots of fun things to play on the sand with. There was some construction on the building going on but it was not disruptive. Would definitely recommend!

Great location but...

This condo was in a great location for us as we usually try to stay at Maravilla when we visit Miramar beach. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, washer and dryer worked great and management responded quickly, but when compared to other condos we've stayed in at Maravilla, it is not to the same standard. The air struggled and would randomly shut off before reaching the set temp. When it ran it was cold so not sure what was going on there as we had it set to the minimum 70 and it never got below 75 except at night. Appliances looked new but cabinets were beat up and if you plan to cook, don't forget to bring your own nonstick skillet(we always do). One kitchen towel was provided but the condo did not have a hot pad to remove pans from the oven so we had to use the kitchen towel. It was very sterile feeling and felt like a true rental versus someone's beach condo. I know this is nitpicky and may not really matter to someone else. The location is great and if you don't cook and don't need it very cool then this condo will work for you but I will look at other options when booking at Maravilla again.

Perfect Beach Vacation

The property was exactly what we were looking for. A short walk across the street to the beach, with 2 complimentary chairs on the private beach, which was not as crowded as the . 2 pools for a break from the beach or evening swim. Plenty of room for our family of 5 with fully equipped kitchen. There is a nice view of the Gulf from the balcony. This was the beach vacation we were looking for.

Not as described or pictured.

This is a 3rd floor apartment with outdated appliances and looks nothing like the picture. The washer dryer combo barely works and will require you to dry your clothes multiple times as if the vents are clogged (fire hazard) or just junk. The shower has terrible pressure to the point of barely being able to rinse off. The floor has been redone with the cheapest flooring possible. Beach chairs are included till 5pm then you have to pay extra. Wouldn't recommend at all

Great location

A very nice location that's exceptionally clean. It's a very short walk to a private beach and features two pools and a hot tub. The people there were friendly, making it a great place to visit with family.

Old furnishings/needs updating

Everything is old and needs updated. Extra blankets stunk. Pillow cases had stains. Couches are broken. I could go on and on about the bad. But the location is great and a short walk to the beach. Won't be staying at this unit in the future.

Fantastic location!

We loved Maravilla especially because of it's location! The beach was just across the street from our unit and so convenient. It was out a bit from busy Destin but close enough to enjoy all that Destin has to offer. We loved the private beach and use of the beach chairs and umbrella. Our unit was super clean and had everything we needed for a fantastic time! We loved that we were able to bring our furry friend and will definitely return for a visit soon!

Nice location

Loved the location! I loved being able to walk out the door and be on the beach in minutes. The beach service of 2 chair & an umbrella was a definite plus. The unit itself felt a little dated, but it was clean, and in my book thats all that mattered.
