Great holiday stay
I booked this condo for my adult children to stay in over the holidays while they were visiting us in Kelowna, so that they could have more space during their stay. Devon was very helpful throughout, and my husband (who did the check-in) and the "kids" all said the space was beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The apartment was fantastic for a stay in kelowna. Close to everything you’ll need (beaches, restaurants, etc.). Devon was a great host and responded quickly when needed. AC is a huge bonus in kelowna. Thanks Devon!

A great experience
The location was perfect, the suite was comfortable and had everything we needed. All the relevant instructions were clear, and Devon was prompt and helpful in responding to our (many) queries. Would definitely recommend, and would book again!

It was a beautiful condo with lots of natural light. Good, quiet building, with underground parking. Everything I needed to get to was within 10 min walking distance. Great location.

This apartment is spacious, clean and modern. It feels like home. Close to beach, many restaurants and water activities. The building was really quiet at night. Instructions were easy to follow for check-in/check-out. Has full kitchen supplies.

Loved the location!! So close to the boardwalk and lots of outdoor activities. Enjoyed the deck! Maybe needs a new bulb on deck light though. Underground parking is tight for a truck, but lots of inexpensive lot parking around. Thanks Devon, would definitely stay again.

Basketball and wine
My brother and I stayed 3 nights, to watch basketball at UBCO and go on a wine tour. The apartment was very well located; we could walk anywhere we needed to go (except the university) All amenities we could need were included. We appreciated the free parking. We did notice that the patio door lock needs adjustment; the catch was quite loose and didn’t engage well.

Beautiful condo in a central location
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic condo, and it exceeded all my expectations. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly, making check-in a breeze!
Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the condo. It was evident that great care had been taken to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The condo's layout provided ample space, allowing us to relax and unwind without feeling cramped. It was a perfect sanctuary to retreat to after a hot day of exploring wineries and taking a dip in the lake.
One of the standout features of this rental is its convenient and central location. It was about a 10-minute walk to the beach and close to many restaurants. While we didn't use it, there was a great shared balcony upstairs with lounging chairs and a bbq that would be great for an evening meal.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend this rental enough. The easy and friendly communication with the owner, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the unit, the beautiful décor, and the convenient and central location all contributed to a remarkable experience. This condo is the perfect choice if you're looking for a comfortable and stylish spot in Kelowna. I guarantee that your stay here will be nothing short of fantastic.

Wine & Wedding Tour
This property offers fantastic access to all of the amenities in Downtown Kelowna. There are world class vineyards located in as little as 20 minutes by car. The location also walking distance from fantastic restaurants, pubs, and the historic Laurel Packing House (often booked for weddings and other special events). The condo is clean, well lit, spacious, and offers great views of the mountains. Fully functional kitchen and a spacious bathroom and balcony round out this fantastic vacation rental.

Great location. Walking distance to all downtown.
Dropped at condo door by cab in pitch dark and took multiple calls for 30 minutes for host to buzz us into building.
Had no contact with host besides email that we responded to and they did not acknowledge our emails.

Great spot!
Location was great, just a few minutes walk to waterfront area. The building was secure and it was perfect for our needs! Very clean and today with everything we needed.

Great VRBO
Highly recommend using this property by Devon. The location in downtown Kelowna makes it easy to walk everywhere. Secured parking is very nice.
Devon was easy to communicate with and very accomdating. Devon's place is perfect if you're looking to enjoy downtown Kelowna and not worry about driving.
Will be staying here again in the future.
