Wonderful place to stay in Waikiki

This condo is a great place to stay in Waikiki: nice panaromic ocean view, short walk to Waikiki beach (essentially across street) and close to all attractions/activities/gift shops. Would definitely recommend!

Very Enjoyable

Very convenient location with great views. Made it very easy for me to alternate between working in the condo and then joining the family for fun on the beach and local restaurants.

Right across the street from the beach and tons of restaurants and stores were within 15 minutes walking distance. Close enough to Diamond Head end to have a nice, quieter run along the water. Place had plenty of room for all of us. Big balcony. Always staff in the lobby area. Valet was super fast. All the staff were very friendly. Super convenient having 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels available. And made good use of the washer and dryer.

Excellent location and view!

The location and view can’t be beat. The communication with the property manager was great and he was so friendly and responsive. The unit itself definitely needs some upgrades and there are no extras in the kitchen for cooking like you would find in other rentals. It was really nice having beach chairs to use. There wasn’t a tv in the twin bedroom like advertised and it was hard to lock the master bathroom door. The pool and hot tub were both closed when we were there, too.

Great place to stay in Waikiki.

Only a few minor issues that didn't make too much of a difference. Master Bath cabinet door under the sink was broken. Non-working/no batteries in remote for TV in Master Bedroom. We could have used an extra blanket or 2. Overall, a great place to stay in Waikiki. We would stay there again and recommend to others.

Amazing views and fantastic location!

We stayed here for just a few days, but could have stayed much longer. There was plenty of room for two adults, two teens, and two younger kids. Condo is not the most modern however, it was exceptionally clean and had all of the little things to make our few days there easy. The views are SPECTACULAR! (The pics do not do it justice). Location is prime, everything is mere steps from your door and within walking distance. We used the public bus to get us to Diamond Head & Pearl Harbor and even the bus stop was just a block away. Amenities were great, gym, pool, concierge super helpful and kind. This condo has it all, our only regret was not having it booked for longer!

All good except aircon in bedrooms did not work for last 4 days. Not able to get fixed. So it made for uncomfortable evenings. Unit is a bit dated but functional. Will stay here again, only after making sure air conditioning unit is working.

Perfect Locations & Very Clean!!

My friends & I stayed at this condo for 8 days and the location was amazing! The condo had enough space for the 7 of us, with a roll-away bed. Being clean and tidy is a must for us and this condo was up to standard. The views were AMAZING from the balcony and you can see all the surf spots in Waikiki, in case you wanted to check before going out. Parking was simple, they have 24/7 valet. We decided to tip at the very end of the trip, to each worker that helped us out for the week. Another great thing about this condo is they have a surfboard storage room where you leave your boards. The room is next to the Valet desk so I wouldn't worry about anyone stealing boards from there, since someone is always there 24/7. You can also bring a normal master lock if you want to lock your board into one of the racks. This condo exceeded my expectations and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Pros: Great location and very clean. Nice sheets and towels, comfortable beds. Generally well appointed - even had some laundry soap and dryer sheets available. Kitchen had anything you’d need. They had beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and several good beach towels available. Frustrations: No pool - we were unaware that it was under construction so it was closed during our stay! However, we were quickly offered monetary compensation for the disappointment, which was greatly appreciated. Free valet parking however, having to tip valet over and over got expensive. That said, they were very quick and friendly - we never had a long wait to get our car. Cons: The couch was uncomfortable and made a really loud noise every time you’d sit/move. Some of the blankets were old and should really be replaced (esp the couch blanket). Master bath door was broken, it wouldn’t close or lock. Overall the cons/frustrations are certainly not worth passing up on this condo. The condo management company can easily address some of the cons (like fixing the bathroom door and replacing the blankets). We worked with Byron and he was very responsive and helpful. It’s a great location with a beautiful view!

Perfect place for our family's first visit to Hawaii!

We've been planning this trip forever - my wife and I taking our kids (23 and 26) to Hawaii for two weeks. Kicked the trip off here in Waikiki and SO happy with this VRBO choice! The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Including the full kitchen (we actually cooked dinner one night). The location was ideal - right on the beach in the heart of the strip. Building staff were so polite and helpful. Valet parking was super convenient and those guys were terrific too. One pleasant surprise were the beach chairs in the closet. Oh, and of course the view was spectacular! I'd definitely come back here!!!

Location location location!

This property has to be one of the best locations to stay in Waikiki. It has unobstructed views of the ocean and is located perfectly situated steps away from the ocean, shops and restaurants. The complementary valet service was seamless and all of the property’s staff was pleasant and friendly. Can’t wait to be back!

Tired Property

The view is great. The location great. But the property? It was very tired and old. Carpet was threadbare in places, curtains with holes in them, bolts sticking out of the wall, and worn furniture. This is not what we paid a lot of money for. We walked in on Monday afternoon to a freezing room. We wanted a unit for the convenience of a laundry, ironing board, kitchen, etc. There was no ironing board. Called the manager and to his credit responded immediately. An hour and a half later knocked on the door with a new ironing board. Brilliant! Mentioned the aircon was freezing, even though I had turned it up to above 80. He advised that it was probably the widget (can't remember but wondered how he knew) and he would contact the aircon contractor and someone would be around the next day. Great. Tuesday and Wednesday went by. Nothing. The lever on the toilet then broke. This prompted the Handyman to come over. He was good, but this was now Friday! Fixed the toilet, and on the next day arrived with the replacement widget. We moved out a day later! But was still not working properly, as was the toilet! Suggest you pick another apartment!!!

Dated unit with no heated pool as advertised... repairs were to be completed but we had no access to the pool which was very disappointing... the unit needs updates... coffee table was rickety and tv in guest bedroom wasn't even hooked up... we had to hook up...

Beautiful Vacation in Waikiki

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time that we have stayed at this property in Waiki, and there are several reasons why we keep coming back. First, the location is perfect: right on the water, close to restaurants and shopping. Second, the people who work at the property are awesome, especially the valet staff. I've never encountered such friendly, helpful people. The negatives are few, and not terribly important: the air conditioning is not great, in that it can't be adjusted to make everyone comfortable (warm in one bedroom, meat locker in the other); the unit isn't really well stocked (ran out of toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels during our stay); there should be more seating in the living room area, it currently only seats 3 (2 on couch, 1 arm chair). Regardless, we will absolutely come back here again and again.
