Air worked, wifi worked, TVs worked, they provided a lot of supplies we needed and we of course bought some of our own. Enjoyed smores on the fire pit one night. Thanks!

Family Christmas Vacation

Big house in great condition. Owner communicates fast, and friendly. We could have done a better job cleaning up after ourselves if a mop had been available. Will likely stay at this house again.

House was very spacious. Kitchen was well stocked, however would liked to have had a few casserole dishes with lids for the microwave. No problems with the appliances. The bedroom carpets could use some attention-especially the downstairs bedroom. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

Everything we expected!

The house was just what we expected. We had 10 adults staying in the house a work assignment. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was very clean and quiet with plenty of room for us all to gather either in the living room or on the back patio. We will defiantly book this house again when we are in the area.

Beautiful home

My family and I stayed for 4 nights here and it was perfect for us. They had plenty of pillows on each bed and the beds slept comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with the utensils and cookware that we needed. The internet and Roku worked great as well. Most importantly, the home was very clean and maintained. We couldn’t sit outside in the backyard because everything was dusty and the birds had left a lot behind but it looked nice otherwise. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Family Reunion

Our rental was as listed for the space, rooms, etc. The biggest downside of the property was the cleanliness. As we approached the front door, we found the area to be very dirty. When we entered the property, the floor had not been swept, and the carpet was not clean at all. The house set up is fine and worked well for our group of six adults. The living spaces and bedrooms are spacious. Temperature control was a challenge at first. There are two thermostats in the house with no instructions. We finally got them both set on day two.The backyard was a disaster. Not sure when it was last cleaned. Chairs were on their side. Weeds growing in the patio. Dust everywhere.The bathrooms were mostly clean but need a deep clean. There is still dirt and dust in the corners, and the bath rugs need to be changed out.The house has potential and has some good properties. Hopefully the owner will put a little time, effort, and money for some maintenance projects.

We were there on business so basically a place to sleep and shower. Neighborhood was great very quiet. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our very accommodating 5bedroom home. The kitchen was very well stocked with pantry items, utensils, and dishware with the exception of dish towels and dishcloths. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of cleanliness of the whole property. We had to wash every item before use. All furniture had layers of dust. I feel we were assessed a cleaning fee upon booking, but received no benefit. This could be a very nice vacation getaway if cleaned properly.
