. Soft hot water. (tankless). 12 mins away from downtown & ski area. The View the best in Ruidoso. large patio area. Basketball court .Private secure parking area. Access to built- in BBQ and large deck. 3 casinos and racetrack all 15mins away. WFi included. salt water purification for soft shower. DVD movies ,purified drinking water and coffee included.Our quest said pictures do not give the scenic panoramic view justice. NO stairs or steps to climb. GATED concrete patio. The host was good at replying with messages, the website said that no one would be on the property, so we were quite surprised when we heard footsteps up stairs. I give it a 4 because we didn’t get to use the hot tub. :( But overall it was a great experience.

The hosts made us feel welcome in their home. We heard a bimp in the night from upstairs and they immediately had a neighbor come over and check on the noise. Even sent them the next morning to make sure everything was okay. 10/10

Very upset it listed a fireplace once we got there host said it was unavailable to use , the hot tub was very hard to find a get to … towels were awful on restroom … the mattress on bed was terrible … the host became hostile in messages after we asked about why the fireplace was listed under amenities…. Awful air b &b we asked to be refunded …

The living quarters were just as advertised! The private driveway was excellent and there were no steps, which is great for those with mobility issues. Located on a quiet street, the view of the mountains is very nice! We saw wild elk and wild mustangs, even heard an elk bugle while sitting on the deck enjoying a glass of wine! The host was quick to respond to emails and was very concerned that we enjoy our stay, which we did! Highly recommend!

Nice and relaxing stay

Overall, the property was wonderful. It was well kept and decorated very nicely. My only major disappointment was in the location and the cleanliness of the hot tub. There were a few other minor issues that aren’t even really worth mentioning. I would stay there again, but not in hopes of using the hot tub and for me that was a big deal because that was one of the reasons I chose this location. I was hoping to use it at my leisure and on a daily basis but because of the location and it not being in immediate access to the apartment, I didn’t really feel comfortable.

Downstairs apartment with a view

Cute place. Very comfortable and cozy. The view was breathtaking. Our 13 year old son was amazed at the hills and scenery. We will definitely be back

Cozy Babymoon

My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend for his birthday as well as a babymoon before the arrival of our daughter. This place was extremely comfortable and clean-a perfect getaway for 2. The view from the porch is stunning. There are several steep roads to get to the property so 4WD would probably be necessary in icy conditions. We will definitely plan to come stay here again.

Awesome home in the mountains

Property is super homey and cozy up on the side of a hill. Beautiful views from porch, and is super quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Truly enjoyed everything and owners are always a call/txt away if you need anything. 10/10 would stay again

Armando and Esther’s property is beautiful! The views are outstanding. The guest apt we stayed in is beautiful, comfortable, clean, stocked with good spices for cooking, all around perfect. Armando was very kind and is easy to talk to if you need him. If you’re lucky you will see wildlife that come directly on the property,. We will be back!

Exploring Ruidoso NM

My wife and I have driven thru/slept in all 50 states. We have 5 star hotels/tents/motorhomes, and this ranks in our top ten. The view/clean cozy apartment and surrounding area were great. The best part were the hosts, they anticipated everything that a guest would want. They treated us like friends from day one. We will gladly recommend them to everyone we know.
