ブロードベイとレビット湾への水路の間に位置するポーツマスコーブの端にあるウォーターフロントの家。 これは100フィートのプライベートウォーターフロントです！ デッキの上に出て水の中まで降ります。 ギャレーキッチン、ダイニングエリア、サンルーム、リビングルーム、2ベッドルーム（それぞれクイーンベッド）、3/4バス（1階）が備わるオープンフロアプランです。 クイーンサイズベッドとツインサイズベッド2台、フルサイズのバス（2階）。 純粋なリラクゼーションの約1650平方フィート。

中にとどまるのが良すぎる？ それから庭に出て、リラックスしたり、泳いだり、水辺でキャンプファイヤーを楽しんだりします。 私達はまたプロパンのグリルおよびテーブルが装備されている特大のデッキ（30'x15 '）を提供しています。 プライベートドックなので、今週は水のおもちゃを持っていこう！ また、2つのカヤックフロート、ヤードヤッツィー、コーンホールが含まれています。

Beautiful lake house in a great location

We recently stayed at this beautiful lake house on Lake Ossipee. The house was clean, well maintained and equipped with anything you could need. The large deck was amazing and allowed us to watch the kids that enjoyed swimming and playing in the sand.

Vacation savior

Our original VRBO property was canceled by the host. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to book this property instead. Very nice, updated cottage with new carpeting. Dock space was good for our pontoon boat rental. Nice swim area. Beautiful sunsets! Would definitely stay here again! Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful Views

The the views of the mountain backdrop against the morning and evening sky were breathtaking. The house itself was big enough for all 7 of us. The master bedroom was especially good for the 4 kids. Kitchen and dining area was very spacious and big enough to spread out. Also there were two sitting areas in the home which was nice. The porch and dock were by far the favorite spots of the property. Swimming, fishing and kayaking were enjoyed by all.

Beautiful location

We couldn't be happier with this house. Waterfront beach with fire pit and dock, plenty of chairs, and large deck. If you want the perfect outdoor lake vacation, this house should be on too of your list.

Grammy and Grampy’s Vacation House

This house was perfect and even better than the listing! There is a steep set of stairs which was difficult for my husband who has ALS but with some help managed quite well. Once in the house it was perfect. The inside was clean and just as listed but the pictures don’t do it justice, it’s beautiful! The only downside was the AC could have been a little better but there were fans everywhere to help so it was good. Once outside the the deck was absolutely enormous and perfect for grilling and just sitting to watch the beautiful sunset. Lastly, the location was perfect. We rented a pontoon boat and it was a 5 minute ride in either direction to be where we wanted to be. We couldn’t have asked for a better house or location!!!!! My kids and grandkids have already asked if we can go back next year!!!!!! Thank you so much😃

Beautiful!

The sunsets were beautiful! The house perfect& clean. Access from the parking lot into the house and from the dock up to the house were a bit more rigorous than described for my 82 year old Dad. Laurel was very kind and responded promptly to any questions and concerns we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend this gem for a family with no mobility issues.

Perfect!

Excellent vacation spot. We (family of four) stayed for a summer week and absolutely enjoyed the place. Clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, with a number of new improvements and upgrades. Large deck overlooking beach area and the lake, right into a magnificent sunset. Very relaxing!

Best spot on the lake !!

We have stayed on Ossipee lake for years and this is spot is just gorgeous ! Beautiful view and nice clean water ( no weeds ) . House was very clean and everything that was listed was there and worked . The pictures don’t do it justice .... just beautiful inside and around property . Great beach , large deck with plenty of seating and a nice dock to fish off of for kids . I highly recommend this property to anybody and everybody . Laurel (owner) is very helpful and responsive leading up to our stay and during . Thank you so much Laurel for sharing your amazing spot on the lake with my family ! Hope to get the same week next year .

An absolutely amazing vacation! Couldn't ask for anything better!

Between the location, right on the lake and the beautiful accomadations, I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a wonderful time!! The house was very warm and welcoming and the huge deck was a great place to relax and watch the beautiful lake and view of the mountains! If you choose to vacation here, you won't have any regrets! I just wish we could have stayed longer!!

Beautiful waterfront with spectacular sunsets!

This property is located in a prime area of the lake with beautiful sunsets. Spacious living area, clean and filled with everything needed to enjoy our stay. Our children especially loved the second floor. The owners were very helpful in answering any questions. Looking forward to returning next year!

The location! If you are looking for a quiet, restful vacation, this is the spot. . Located just inside a quiet cove with little boat traffic, making it easy to relax and unwind. However should you want a little excitement, the sandbars are a short boat ride away!

この宿泊施設の特徴

The views! One of the best sunsets on the lake, which you can enjoy while sitting on the deck. We also provide lounge chairs, fireside chairs, 2 kayaks, and floats along with many outdoor games. All you really need to pack are swimsuits, beach towels and your water toys to tie up at the dock!
