Perfect place for a gir’ls trip

Awesome Condo

We enjoyed our time at this well-appointed condo. Plenty of cookware and dishes and top-end appliances. Easy to access. Comfy beds and lots of room. Balcony is perfect with high end furnishings. Rental company extremely easy to work with.

Light-filled Corner Condo Just Steps Away from the Beach

Regency Isle was the perfect size… not too large or overly crowded. Ample parking, elevators easy to catch, excellent beach access with ability to rent chairs and umbrellas. Maintenance for Prickett Properties was super quick to respond when I let them know about ants in a couple of the bedrooms and were willing to come over immediately. Location was perfect for us. Loved being across the bridge away from the hustle and bustle of Orange Beach. Also loved our 5-minute walk to Flora-Bama! The check-in process was as simple as a code punched in to the electronic keypad with no room keys to keep up with. All three bedrooms had windows with outside views which we have never had before. Of course we LOVED just sitting on our balcony staring at the beach and the ocean! We also really appreciated the nice outdoor furniture you could actually enjoy. Overall the unit met our needs and expectations and we sure hope to back next year!

Five Stars!

Regency isle is our favorite spot. It’s in a quiet area but very close to our favorite restaurants and shopping areas. We love the fact that there are always lots of families with kiddos, as our daughter enjoys making friends everywhere she goes. 1001 was a great condo, the rooms are a good size, everything was very clean, and the furniture was nice. A big advantage is the larger balcony, since it’s a corner unit. We had 7 people in our party ranging from age 7 to 81 and each of us were very happy with our stay. The cable in 2 of the bedrooms wasn’t working when we got there, and when we contacted Prickett Properties they very quickly had the issue fixed! Great customer service. Would recommend Regency Isle and Prickett Properties to anyone!

Great weekend min Vacay in Great Condo

We are long time visitors to the Alabama Coast and Orange Beach is our favorite spot. We found this unit at Regency Isle condos to be an ideal location. It was spacious and offered spectacular view of Ono Island and the Gulf. We will definitely this condo for another visit!

Amazing property

We had an incredible time at the beach. The condo was in the perfect location. We frequent the area often because we only live 2.5 hours away. Could not have had a better experience. Condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we could have needed. Will stay here again.

Beautiful 3 bedroom unit!

Loved our visit to Orange Beach. Condo was perfect. 3 bedroom and 3 1/2 bath! Well equipped kitchen, nice furniture and beautiful beach. Workout room disappointing, but not the condo owner fault. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place!

We have stayed at several condo buildings along Orange Beach and this by far is our favorite! It bad everything we needed and was in a great place with a not crowded beach. It was a clean building and well maintained. We will be back!

Wonderful views and accommodations

We've stayed in the Orange Beach area roughly 8 times and this condo was by far our favorite. We've never stayed east of the bridge and were a bit concerned that we might not like it. The property felt newly remodeled and painted. It certainly was spacious and garage parking is a plus. Being on the east end of the building, the views of the ocean and Ono Island were spectacular.

Awesome week at the beach

The condo was very clean & beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook. They have both a regular coffee pot & a keurig. We really enjoyed the patio view for morning coffee or evening wine. Great location close to restaurants and only a short walk on the beach to FloraBama. Would recommend & would not hesitate to return! Thank you!
