We have been owners at Vidanta resorts since 2010 and have always had a great time when we visit. We've had the Grand Luxxe since 2012 and really enjoy the enhanced experience that it gives over the Mayan Palace or Grand Mayan. To give you an example of the kind of attention to detail, if you sit by the Grand Luxxe pool, a staff member will come by every hour or two and offer to clean your glasses. It's a small thing, but that and other small touches make you feel very pampered.
