Thank you for staying with us at Cub Crossing. We are sorry that we were unable to extend your stay but there was a reservation coming in on the same day that you checked out which had been made a month before you made your reservation. We are not sure what calendar you looked at that showed it was available for the extra day but in actuality it was not available. We are sorry to hear that you have chosen to not stay with us again.

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review. Had we been aware of the issues you had during your stay we would have sent the cleaner back to the cabin to fix the situation. We are sorry that your stay was less than enjoyable but would have gladly fixed it right away.

So sorry for these issues

Thanks for your review. We will go over this with cleaners. When we did the courtesy call the next morning after you arrived you stated that everything was great. If you had told us right then that there were cleaning issues we would have had the cleaner come right back out and fixed what was missed. I am sorry that the cleaner missed this but we have gotten a hold of them per this email. So thank you for bringing this to our attention. As for the map there are so many different twists and turns that we thought it was better to show the exact route to the cabin and not try to cram everything into one space so that no one could see where to turn or anything. We do appreciate your and your wifes service to our country, and I am sorry that this is just the policy I will see if we can't get an ability to override this feature when we make reservations but we let you know ahead of time when you wrote us and asked about discounts that it is for the whole week not just one day. We try and stay upfront with every one of our guests and not try to hide anything from them. We are very sorry you felt this way about your stay here. These issues are new to us we have not had this problem in the past.
