Short stay in Naples

We are snowbirds visiting granddaughters. This worked out great for visiting relatives and providing a great place to bicycle in the area. The unit has a great deck and barbeque . It is one large room with limited space and set-up for a long term stay but for a short term it is great. Eric is super to work with.

Undisclosed 2nd floor.

I believe you should tell what floor rental is on. We are in our 70’s and wore us out climbing the stairs with our luggage, etc.

Enter through RV garage

Good location for travel to points north and south. Clean and mostly quiet (loud work being done in garage and dogs sometimes bark upon arrival of our car and that of unit below. Comfortable bed. Wet bar kitchen with hot plate/no oven. Minimally furnished for cooking. Pool table shown does not come with balls to play. Not a 1 bedroom as listed-1 big rectangular room with all but 1 overhead light on 1 switch.

Yes, renters gain access to the 2nd floor guest house through the garage. We keep a very nice 40 foot 2017 Miramar RV and a 23 foot 2017 Tidewater boat in the garage but we never do work in the garage. There's no space to do work, the garage is only used for storage. We do not allow people to use the pool table when there are guests on the 1st floor out of consideration for the 1st floor guests. Correct, the unit lives like a large studio and does not have a bedroom. This evident when you view the pictures. For half the price of a hotel room you'd think renters would be ecstatic for what they get for their money. Renters get a full sized side by side fridge/freezer, microwave, oversized toaster oven, double electric burner stove, full sized kitchen sink, two flat screen tv's, 800 sq ft of living space, full sized dining room table, two leather couches and a full sized bath with a walk in shower.

Loved our stay.

We enjoyed our two week stay very much. Very clean and private and close to things to do. Enjoyed feeding Murphy and Bella the dog treats. We'll be back.

Extraordinary place for a short or a long stay!

Beautiful property. We loved our stay. The room is very complete and very confortable. Inviting, peaceful, light and very clean. We had a wonderful sleep. Located near a lot of activity. The owners are very nice. We will definitely return!

Great Studio off the main road

The room was very clean and well kept. Had everything you would need to prepare small meals. The room has plenty of windows and ceiling fans. A/C keeps the unit cool and bed was comfortable. Washer and dryer worked great. Beach chairs and coolers were also available to use. My only issue was that the pool table was unusable because the balls are not provided while guests are staying in the lower level apartment. I understand why this is the case for noise reasons just be prepared to not be able to use the table.

Reservation knew there wasn't a stove/oven so why negatively comment about this? Stairs are stairs in my opinion. They have one function to get people to the 2nd floor. The stairs were built according to Collier County code and passed all inspections. AC and actually the guest house are only two years old, never had a complaint before. Oh well can't please everyone

Excellent Place / Excellent Value

Clean, private, great place to stay! Owners were extremely accommodating when our travel plans suddenly shifted and we needed to extend our stay. Also very helpful in directing us on places to eat and see while in the area. Would definitely recommend and stay again whenever I find myself in Naples!

200' Off the road

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days in April and if you can handle the stairs up to the room this place is great, has a open floor plan where everything but the bathroom is in one room but nicely separated. Their dogs are big but very friendly and love to be petted. Doesn't have a dishwasher but for two people you really won't need one. It's not far from anything you'll need even though it's kinda off the beaten track. All and all we found this place to fit our needs perfectly and if we were stay in the area again this would definitely be top on our list especially for the price. I would recommend this choice.

Eric and his family provide the most amazing place! It has everything you need, in a beautiful neighborhood and near everything. I was here handling a stressful situation. Great location for day trip to Santibel Island or Marco Island. Just a short drive to shops and great restaurants on 5th Ave. and public beach access. Would highly recommended great value for the price!

Serene getaway in Naples

You will not be disappointed by this lovely retreat in the rear section of an estate property in a spacious, safe area of Naples. It is on the second floor of a supersized garage, above another unit which rents separately. The unit is one very large room with a separate bath on one end. The other end has a kitchen with full-size refrigerator, coffeepot, two-burner hotplate, convection/toaster oven, and microwave. This was more than adequate to prepare breakfast each morning and even a few dinners. While secluded, it is just minutes by car from several major groceries, WalMart, I-75, etc. The owners lent us their beach chairs while we were there and were most accommodating. The A/C works great; ceiling fans are nice; and an open window will bring in fresh breezes if you'd rather. I'm afraid this review will make it harder to stay here next time we visit Naples.

Come enjoy the beautiful sunny weather and beaches Naples, FL has to offer. Why stay in a hotel for more money when you can stay in an 900 sq ft guest house with it's own kitchen, full bath, great open space with plenty of windows and natural light on private acreage living. Just 10 minutes to the beaches, Arrowhead Public Golf Course just 5 minutes away, grocery stores two minutes away and surrounded by plenty of great shopping & dining. Family style hospitality from the hosts and as much privacy as you require.
