Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this great condo. The location was great as it is near old town shopping, wonderful restaurants and the brewery district. Parking on location is also a plus.

Family Visit

This was the perfect location to visit family. We were able to do a lot of things from the Property, walking everywhere. Great restaurants, parks for the little ones and breweries and distilleries for the adults.

Ft. Collins Stay

Property was good and clean. The only problem we had was no one shoveled snow from the steps or the sidewalk which created a condition for sliding on the snow and falling.

CSU Parent's Weekend

We usually stay at a hotel but changed it up with this VRBO and it was great! Comfy, clean, and convenient. The quick response to our questions was excellent. Will rent again!

Quick visit to FC

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this property. It is an easy walk to Old Town, as well as some of the local breweries. We didn't spend much time in the unit, but it was comfortable and clean. There were ear plugs provided, but we didn't notice any outside noise that warranted their use. There is only one AC unit that is located in the living area, so it is probably best to leave the bedroom doors open at night in order to stay cool (during the summer). It was nice to have a designated parking area in the back. I feel like it was priced appropriately.

Best location for Old Town/CSU visits

Nice cozy 2 bedroom one bath appt in a quite location. Bath room was nice beds were good and kitchen has all you'd need. This place is lacking a few of the extras, washer dryer in the unit being one no dishwasher #2. However this units location and price point more then makes up for any shortcomings. I'll definitely be back. The neighbors are very nice and give helpful advice if your lucky enough to run into them?

simple but adequate accommodations–with some annoyances

This is a clean and quiet place to stay in a great location. But some annoyances kept it from a 5-star rating. Chief complaint: a baseboard radiator in our bedroom that made clanging/banging noises about twice an hour–so loud it kept waking us up every night. We contacted management and someone checked it out, but we were told the person didn't notice anything wrong. But you'd have to be there at just the right time to catch the noises. I've had homes with baseboard heaters before and trust me, these were not normal noises. At any rate, we were told the problem would be examined more in depth after we left. There were other small oddities and annoyances, too, like only one nightstand in a bedroom with a queen-size bed – and there's plenty of space for another nightstand. I realize it's a first-world problem when you have to put your glasses, reading material, a bottle of water, a cell phone, etc. on the floor instead of on a nightstand. But for the nightly rate being charged, it seems like something as basic as this should come with the territory. There also was a short-circuit in a lamp in our bedroom that rendered it useless, plus the window blinds wouldn't fully close. Someone tried to fix the blinds, but they still didn't close all the way. Also, it lightly snowed several times during our stay, but no one shovels snow, which iced over and made for slippery footing. So all in all, this is a nice place to stay, but the annoyances definitely tempered our overall impression.

Meh.

While the apartment was clean and the bed comfortable, it was not our most favorite place and most likely wouldn't stay again. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. There was only one window unit to cool the entire apartment. The unit couldn't even keep the living room cool. My wife sent a text and email to have it looked at and they did not respond to her. When I sent a text they finally got back to me and said they would send a technician tomorrow. Even after the tech was there, it made no difference in the units cooling ability and the apartment was very hot during the day. For me the description of the unit was not completely accurate. There were no blackout shades, no local soaps etc, air conditioner that did not work, and the outdoor balcony did not have a place to sit. The bathroom is very old and has not been updated. The one positive is the location is definitely ideal.

Can’t beat the location!

This property is set is such a quiet and fantastic neighborhood! Waking distance to all the essentials - food, entertainment and shopping. We loved that there was both assigned parking as well as options on the street. And the communication with Stacy was better than any place we’ve stayed yet! Can’t wait to come back!

FoCo Old Town

This VRBO was perfectly located, had comfy beds, and was VERY clean. It was easy to communicate with the property manager the few times I had questions. There was a random sound that happened numerous times a day that woke us up at times. I never called about it, but hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Overall, this condo was O.K. Instructions were clearly given. However, make sure to wipe down all surfaces; when I wiped down the closet shelf it was filthy. Also, there were only 2 washcloths and there were 4 adults staying there for four days. We had to call twice before they responded to our request of more!
