Hi, thanks for you review, as it sounds like you had a great stay, but we didn't understand the review level. The unit was completely remodeled and painted just over 2 years ago, so it's all nearly new, and guests just love it. Brand new HE Bosch stack washer/dryer, Cubie Blue charging speakers in each bedroom, SMART TV, so this unit's amenities generally top the others in the complex. A prior guest put a crack in the plastic of the microwave door that was repaired. It works perfectly. We'd sure appreciate an opportunity for a 5 star stay, as this is a consistent 4 & 5 Star condo!

We’re very sorry your experience was so negatively impacted — but we want to be absolutely clear: we, as the rental agent, had no control over the construction or the late notice provided by the HOA and their contractor. Like you, we were blindsided by the timing and couldn’t believe they moved forward with so little warning. As you mentioned, we immediately offered a full refund and strongly encouraged guests to cancel if they weren’t comfortable — and it’s frustrating to now be held responsible for something completely outside of our control. It’s also incredibly unfair to the owner of this unit who has invested thousands into updates, including: Professionally installed luxury vinyl plank flooring (which is level and in excellent condition) Premium Nectar and Casper mattresses Stainless steel appliances A ventless dryer system (inspected and confirmed to be functioning properly — ventless dryers take longer and work best with smaller loads, which is noted in our materials) We never heard from you before, during, or after your stay, until your review — and had we known about any concerns, we would have done everything in our power to help in real time. That’s what we’re here for. Instead, it feels like your understandable frustration with the construction situation is being directed at the unit and our team, even though we were transparent, responsive, and offered every opportunity to cancel without penalty. Again, we regret that your stay wasn’t what you hoped for, but we stand by the way we handled a difficult situation that was entirely out of our hands.
