Very clean and well kept property! Great location near beach, grocery stores, shops, and restaurants! The access to golf carts and bikes was a highlight! Pool area and pickleball courts were beautiful. We loved the front porch swing for naps! Kitchen and living room were open and comfortable! Excellent experience!

Property was as advertised. Roomy with space for everyone. Clean. Could have used more linen in the bathrooms to cut down on washing towels, etc.A little further from the beach than we thought, but the travel to and from the beach was not unbearable. .

Great house and location.Recommendations: 1. Provide toilet brushes for each toilet. 2. Golf Cart needs some work: The rear seat belts were difficult to use. They were difficult to adjust to adults. Made many attempts to adjust and were not successful....need to be replaced.3. Kitchen: We encountered pots and pans that were dirty and non stick surfaces in frying pans that were damaged and should be replaced.

Beautiful house! Very relaxing.

My friends and I had a great visit at this house. The house was very clean and had lots of light. Would have given 5 stars but the beds and pillows were flat and hard. The pans were also not in great shape and everything stuck to them. Other than those things, the house was comfortable and relaxing.One other thing: need to provide better directions for the location of the door with the keypad. Difficult to find in the dark and rain.

For the most part the house was clean and in good condition. It had a lot of the amenities we need and were able to cook dinner there a few nights with no problems. I would say the only thing we did not like was the golf cart. The screen was broken inside and it sounded like it was falling apart when you drove it. The beach is not that close so you have to either use the car or golf cart. It was actually kind of embarassing to drive around being that there are so many others driving around that looked 10 times better. The washing machine also was not working properly we had to unplug it so it would stop running.

This house is amazing!

I 100% recommend this home and Beachwalk Vacations. This home was immaculate and had details that were so nice such as the clean linen program, and the screened in front porch. Communication was so easy through the app- we only had to request a new bike and it was switched out immediately. I highly recommend Vacazions also for chair rental as they suggested- again very easy to work with. This is an extremely nice neighborhood and the house itself was amazing. Our children are older-so the ride to the beach was not a problem- but it is at least 10-15 minutes to drive the golf cart to the beach. The bike ride was quicker. Other than wishing I could step out the door and be at the beach, everything and I do mean everything was perfect.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

Our family had a wonderful time staying in Oh Happy Day! The home is spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. We had everything we needed. We loved the front porch, riding in the golf cart, and biking the trails. We would definitely rent this home again!

Lovely home but maintenance problems

Sunday evening arrived toilet not working some lightbulbs out or missing and all doors very squeaky. Called and made report Sunday evening and got a response Monday morning maintenance would be there but they never came. Called again and left message Monday afternoon and got message back Tuesday they would be there Tuesday and they did not show. Called again left message and finally Wednesday afternoon they came. Lubed the doors, took care of light bulbs and plunged toilet but did not fix. My husband suggested they get a tool called a snake to use in the toilet so they said they were going to do that next but did not have on truck so had to go get it. Brought it back and she worked on toilet and said it was fixed. First time some used that toilet it did not flush so was not fixed. Messaged management again and told them they need a plumber which they should have gotten in the first place. I never got a live person the talk to on the phone only could leave a message - disappointing. Reporting a toilet problem on Sunday on arrival and not having someone come until Wednesday is not very responsive. The toilet never worked from the time we arrived and still not working when we left Saturday. The whole process is way too bureaucratic. When on vacation trying to enjoying the your trip and very busy having to deal with all of that is a little much. Our last evening going to use the grill for steaks got it all ready and tank was out of propane - it would be nice if you stored a backup tank under the grill for your guests.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

Beautiful and immaculate home in a perfect location. We didn’t touch our car and enjoyed walking and biking to the beach and to the neighboring towns to explore. Loved every minute! Only issue was the WiFi. We could not have multiple users at one time or everyone was dropped. We called and they came out and reset the system, but I think the WiFi needs an upgrade. It was a real problem while we tried to work, etc.

Oh Happy Days was excellent

We had a great time at Oh Happy Days Seagrove home. The home was clean in a great neighborhood with nice amenities and close to the beach and shopping. The Beach Walk management team took care of any small issues thru text messages. It is a great place to stay.

Great Fun!

We absolutely loved the location of this rental home. Pickle ball court was 2 doors down, there were bike paths to the beach and it's at the far end of the neighborhood so less car traffic. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous and the homeowner thought of everything we could possibly need to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Our only very minor complaint is that for a house that sleeps 10, the largest pot and pan was too small to cook for that many people. We cooked in 3 nights and had to get creative :) Check-in was a breeze and the management company was very responsive and friendly.

Perfect retreat for our families!!

What a perfect house for our 2 families to comfortably enjoy! The outdoor screened porches were a perfect place to enjoy the sunny Florida breeze! The 2 master suites were just luxurious and the kitchen was so spacious and accommodating! We loved the quaint neighborhood where our little kids could play at the pools and playground but at the same time being just miles away from the beach and Seaside which was perfect to take our rented golf cart to. We will definitely be back again!!

Love this house!

Great house with huge dining table for family dinners. Everyone had great naps on the swing bed and we used the screened in porch for morning coffee and to hang out night. We liked being close to the beach but also the NatureWalk huge pools and hot tub. The kids loved the option of doing either. Decor is lovely & house very well stocked. Lots of special touches.

Wonderful visit

We had a wonderful visit. The home is beautiful and we loved the neighborhood. It's so close to the beach and also to the restaurants in Seaside. We spent hours on the front porch relaxing. The bikes were also great to have.

Wonderful beach vacation home for a family!

We had a wonderful stay at Oh Happy Day. There was plenty of room for our family, with many gathering places in the home. Our favorite spot in on the screened porch in the evenings. We loved having two master suites! The home is beautifully decorated and new, stocked with everything you need. The gorgeous beaches are just a short bike ride away and the neighborhood amenities give options so that everyone can do what they want on vacation. We usually stay right on the beach, but this time we enjoyed being a little bit away from all the traffic and noise. The kids could play outside, go to the pool, play basketball. We enjoyed all that Seaside has to offer, but came home to a quiet retreat. Management was very easy to work with. We will definitely come back.

Amazing House! Has everything and more!

This house is the perfect home for a relaxing beach getaway! The beautiful kitchen, dining, and family area is the perfect setup to spend time in and make memories with friends. My favorite parts were the big kitchen table, beautiful furnishings, and and the adorable screened in porch with a swing that everybody loved. The owners truly did not miss a thing! Made some great memories on this trip and the house played a huge part in creating a perfect space to enjoy each others company.

Great stay at Oh Happy Day!

The house is very beautifully decorated and functional. We loved the big table for our meals or games. The screened front porch, swing and bistro lights were relaxing and enjoyable. It was super nice to have 2 Master Suites! The 4 bikes and shuttle to the beach were a big plus for our family. The management company was efficient in answering any questions or needs we had. We loved having a Publix grocery store right down the street. Once the construction behind the back driveway is finished, it will be perfect. We understand that just comes with new construction. Thank you,Johnson family, for sharing your beautiful home!
