Week long Baseball Tournament

The description was accurate; the room was clean; it was perfect for what we needed. I only wished I could have seen dolphins but our stay was both enjoyable and memorable.

Great Location

Located on the beach. View of the Atlantic from the living room and balcony. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment.

Nice little apartment

The place was clean with plenty of room except the bathroom and it was very small. The main bed slept great! The balcony view is good.

It was “OK”

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs a lot of upgrades. I don’t expect for the condo to have everything nor be furnished with the most updated appliances and furniture (we don’t spend a lot of time inside) however, here are a few things I noticed. The tub has some typical mildew or mold in the caulking and it looks like it was caulked over around the entire tub. It wasn’t very clean. The couch and recliner (although very comfortable) needs to be cleaned. They both look worn out and are very dirty. The condo did not have a pleasant smell either. It smelled old and dirty. The oven door broke off while we were there and when the oven was on. Maintenance did come quickly to fix but that moment was a little scary. The dehumidifier was awesome and kept the room cold and the bed was comfortable. The PM that managed this condo can do better. $50 for a missing pool bracelet is ridiculous. I understand these things cost money but $50 is insane. I didn’t even know we had a bracelet missing and when I called them the response I got was “we take pictures of everything before you came in so it was there” All the rules of the “DO NOT DO THIS” was too much. If the linens were not placed in the bag they dropped off then you were gonna be fines for that too. Everything had a consequence if we didn’t follow the rules. I’d rather deal directly with the owners than deal with another vacation rental property. When leaving the condo I read through the 10 emails received numerous times to make sure I did everything right. These things were not talked about nor mentioned when booking. Again, owners are trusting these companies to care for their units so they have a job to do but my goodness I felt like I was being reprimanded the whole time.

Great vacation despite the weather

Fantastic property and location 👌 Excellent communication from property management. Friday Night Karaoke poolside is a blast!!! Parking garage needs more lighting for safety, but alternative adjacent parking - first come first serve was great!!! Amazing experience highly recommend property/location. Wonderful stay at the beach

Location was great. Room was clean and everything was as advertised. Loved the pools and beach access. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Beach condo

This condo was decent for our stay. Communication with management was very easy. Easy to get check in information. Very easy access to get to the beach. Only small issue is the floors were not swept before we got there. There was lots of sand on the floor, not a huge deal considering they had a broom and dust pan, so just did it myself.

Furniture was old/broken down and we were greeted with a moldy smell when we entered the room. The wood furniture had mold growing on the inside.

Great vacation

The condo was just as described, the check-in process as well. Great location far enough away from the boardwalk to be peaceful, yet still convenient to everything. The kids really enjoyed themselves at the beach and at the pool each day. It was a wonderful vacation and we will definitely be visiting again.

Wonderful stay in Myrtle Beach

Bluewater Resort and the Ocean Breeze Beach Vacations Rental company were excellent! Right on the beach with lots of amenities and conveniently located close to everything. The kids loved all the options of pools after the mornings at the beach and great pool bar! Also pools are lite up for night swimming. Very clean, attentive costumer service and safe. Can’t wait to come back!

Could have been a lot better

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was not very cleaned and smelled of mold when we entered. The furniture was old and broke down with the exception of the bed which was good. Also a lot of shady people hanging around the inland side of the property. The beach side was ok.

Really nice, but had a moldy smell

Really nice location and was as described. Only issue was there was a mold smell. Two of guests are allergic to mold.

Peaceful stay

Absolutely loved this property. Very quiet. Bed super comfy. I truly appreciate the fact that they left a broom, mop and vacuum for us to use during our stay(that NEVER HAPPENS) PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WAS AWESOME THANK YOU SO MUCH

A Good Month

Enjoyed staying at the Bluewater. Pool and hot tubs are important to us and they were working well and enjoyable. Restaraunt on ground floor was excellent for a resort - a real plus. Location handy and beach area beautiful. The unit we rented was just fine for our needs. We would recommend a dehumidifier be added to the unit to address musty smell.

Excellent

The condo is exactly what the two of us were looking for. Beach view on the beach. Nice king size bed Ave multiple pools to choose from, but indoor and outdoor. Parking garage is half a block away but not a big deal. Restaurant attached to building has decent food but no alcoholic beverages.

Great Family Times at the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time at this location. Arrival was fantastic, with the company providing the entry codes timely. No issues with the condo and we were able to access right at the given time. The pools were in great shape and had quick access to the beach. The NY Pizza place and bar in the hotel was a luxury. Great to just grab a pizza and on-the-go drink and return to the room. The trash chute being at the end of the hall was great, rather than having to go all the way down to a dumpster like other resorts. Parking at the tower was minimal, but we were able to find parking next door at the non-oceanfront villas easily. Only had to use the structure once. Checkout was easy as well and communication about all the steps in the process was well-communicated. Would definitely make a return trip.
