ミシガン湖を見下ろす、樹木が茂った1エーカーの敷地内にあるこの美しく広々とした4ベッドルーム、3バスルームの家は、家族の夏休みに最適な場所です。 静かな自然の中には、ショッピングやエンターテイメントからわずか数分です。 全ガラス製のサンルームを楽しんだり、広々とした芝生でヤードゲームを楽しんだり、風通しの良いキッチンで夕食を作ったり、ラップアラウンドデッキでグリルを眺めながらグリルを楽しめます。

8人で眠る、大家族または2人の小さな家族に最適。 セントラルエアー、シーリングファン、たくさんのスクリーンスライダー、そして居心地の良い石造りの暖炉でさえ、ここでいつも快適に過ごすことができます。 マスターベッドルームにはスライダーがあり、ミシガン湖のパノラマビューを楽しめます。 台所は品揃え豊富で、提供されているシーツとタオルは上質です。

2019年夏には敷地内からビーチにアクセスできませんが、車ですぐアクセスできる公共ビーチが近くにたくさんあります。 最も近いのは、Hagar Park（M-63から北へ車で3分、3 .0マイル、犬に優しい）とRocky Gap County Park（M-63から車で5分、南へ3.6マイル）です。

Absolutely amazing! What a great layout for our 2 families including 4 kids under 4. We loved the backyard and view, all the rooms had what we needed supplies wise. Only 8 mins from all the kid fun. We loved it and can't wait to come back!

Amazing family trip! Our family - from NC, ND, and NY picked Benton Harbor as a good meeting point for a family vacation and it was! The house is really lovely - the view is gorgeous! Joan was a fantastic host - she responded very quickly to all inquiries and I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a short-term rental that was stocked as well as Sunset Bluff! You will want for almost nothing! Our family would definitely stay here again!

Third time I have stayed at this property for over a week each during the summer. Has everything you need to have a great stay. Great location very close to St Joseph and many beaches. Hager beach which is dog and very people friendly is only a couple miles away and for larger beaches there is silver beach which also has a gigantic splash pad for the kids and concessions. Back yard bluff overlooking the the lake is exactly how it is shown. My favorite thing to do is to watch the spectacular sunsets with a fine glass of wine.

Great Family Get Away

This was a beautiful and clean property! The back yard was great for yard games and the views are amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. It was perfect for our family of 8 adults!

Lovely and comfortable Lake Michigan property

Lovely and comfortable property with all the attributes for a enjoyable and relaxing family experience at Lake Michigan. Kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware and dinnerware for family meals. Great beaches and golf courses nearby. St Joe shopping and eateries.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

This is the second year in a row a group of college friends and I stayed at this cozy but lavish home. I really can't recommend it enough. The view is just magnificent and the home is wonderful.

Perfect!

The house and grounds are lovely and a perfect layout for a family. The view of the lake is amazing. Everything you need is provided - from cooking to beach chairs to a fire pit and out door patio. Joan is a wonderful host and was so helpful and flexible. We so enjoyed our stay.

Birthday celebrations

We had a great time celebrating family birthdays in this beautiful location. The sunsets and view of the lake was definitely a highlight. Great beaches nearby and St Joseph’s had a fantastic fireworks show to celebrate the 4th. Joan was easy to work with and responsive. Thanks for a great week.

Great time in Benton Harbor

This property was fantastic! We were there attending a wedding and decided to add a couple of days to our stay. There were 6 adults and the house had everything we needed. We made fantastic meals and did not want for any utensil. The outdoor grill was perfect and the views amazing. The house is very clean and well cared for. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Lake Life View

Wonderful sunsets, beautiful backyard and relaxing and peaceful home. My husband has a walker and he was able to maneuver around the home with ease and master bedroom has wonderful lake view. There are a few steps on back deck so going to edge of yard was not possible for him. Beaches were very close and Silver Beach has beach wheelchair available. Wonderful blueberry patch was just down the street (and pesticide free). We also loved the sitting/eating area with the lake view. Host was very accommodating and responsive to my many questions as we prepared for the rental. We hope to be back again soon!

Fabulous Views and Relaxation

Looking for great views and a place to unwind? You won’t want to miss this one! We enjoyed a few wonderful days at Sunset Bluff. It is a well appointed home, with beautiful sunsets and water views. Take a short drive to the beach and local attractions. Owners have thought of all the little things that make their vacation home so enjoyable for their guests.

A Lovely Place to Stay for Families

Great house with thoughtful touches throughout. Nice towels, sheets. There are things left for you to use in the kitchen such as spices, drinks, condiments, etc. There are also beach chairs and towels to use. Beautiful gardens and a big area for your dog or kids to play. Things to bring: an eye mask- it's super bright in the morning!

Daughter's Wedding Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Bluff, even though we were never at this beautiful home in the evening to see the sunset. The house and property were great and easily accommodated our family and friends. Joan responded to all of my questions in a timely fashion, which helped to make the wedding weekend more relaxed and enjoyable.

Amazing house and beautiful view!

Our family stayed for only a weekend to attend a wedding nearby. We couldn’t have had a better experience! It was a busy weekend so we weren’t able to fully indulge in all there was to see and do but absolutely loved the property and the area. The host was so nice and helpful. She really thought of everything. The sunset was incredible and definitely deserving of the name Sunset Bluff. Our family can’t wait to go back!

Escape to beautiful Sunsets and relaxing home

Repeat guest because we loved it so much the first time. Quiet neighbors, house far enough away from road so cars Are not heard. Only down fall is you have to drive to anyplace; to shop, to beach, to exercise, to dine. The vistas are beautiful, the comfortable home is decorated in cool greens and blues. Lots of places to get away and read a book, work on a puzzle, or just daydream.

Ski and Scrabble Weekend

We had a wonderful long weekend at Sunset Bluff. It was the perfect place to relax with friends on our annual girls Ski and Scrabble weekend. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for us to sleep. The 4 seasons room's large table was perfect for our meals and Scrabble games. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The location was ideal, with a beautiful view of the lake from most rooms. It was close to a Nature Preserve which was great for both skiing and hiking. We hope to return each year!

Beautiful views, great location, extremely clean

We’re a group of 5 women who are great friends and used to work together. We live in different parts of the country and were looking for a beautiful place for a girls weekend. This place was awesome! Large enough for each of us to have our own bed, plenty of bathrooms and meticulous landscaping, kitchen and outdoor views of Lake Michigan. Minutes from St Joseph with all its cute shops and restaurants. Perfect! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! It had absolutely everything we needed!

Wonderful Family Gathering

Having never visited Lake Michigan before, we were extremely happy in staying in this beautiful home for our family gathering. We purposely did not plan many things to do because we had a toddler and I have mobility issues. This home was so well stocked with paper products and seasonings and kitchen necessities. We brought our own crockpot and had several meals already prepared to enjoy. The home was so beautiful and clean; the hostess was so very helpful for us. The lake view from the gorgeous backyard was amazing! We would definitely return to this VRBO. Thank you, Joan for making our first time visit to Lake Michigan memorable.

A beautiful home with a breathtaking view!

This house was such a wonderful place to be for our long weekend. It is in a great location, has a beautiful outdoor area and a stunning view of the lake. We watched the sunset every night. We had beautiful weather while we were there and my young kids (2yrs & 4yrs) and my parents. My kids got to be on a beach for the first time and they fell in love. The stairs down were still under construction, but there is a park just down the road and we were able to experience the beach, which was so lovely. Quite a dream. Next time, we would probably pick up more groceries, because there is really no reason to leave this place. It's absolutely perfect.

Spectacular view of the lake from a high bluff with an exciting climb down to the water.

Peaceful setting. The house is filled with light and has beautiful views of Lake Michigan. Plenty of room. Immaculately clean. Mature trees block view of house from the road. Large open kitchen makes it fun to cook and visit. Master bedroom allows for privacy. Cozy living room with large screen TV and full entertainment options. Excellent internet access. St. Joseph 10 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and bars. Especially enjoyed shopping for local art at Chartreuse Co-op Art Gallery and Bound for Freedom fair trade and social justice retail store. Pizza at DiMaggio’s was yummy, located a few minutes north of the house. Bob’s Farm Market and Bakery east on Coloma Road has homemade pies. Sweet gardens around the property and large backyard with outdoor seating. We hope to return many times.

Great location - outstanding sunset views lake, clean home, everything you need for perfect vacay

Thank you very much for such a great vacation. The home is very clean and has everything you need to help you enjoy your vacation. Well stocked kitchen, beds are all good, with the twin beds being a bit firmer then the others. Bed linens and towels are all good quality. We used the washer/dryer 2 times and they are large capacity and worked well. The home is about 5 miles from St. Joe, which is a very quick and easy drive. We didn't have any problem with parking for shopping, dinner or the beach. Silver Beach in St. Joe was really nice but can be a bit crowded on hot days. Hagar Beach which is north of this home is also very nice and not nearly as crowded. You do have to go up/down lots of stairs but it wasn't a problem for anyone in our group. Joan, the homeowner is very very responsive. We had a hic-cup with the air conditioner and she came over with a service person quickly to try and fix it. It would be nice to be able to go down to the beach here someday but it didn't take away from our experience. We appreciate all the attention they have put into this home and hope to be back someday! Thank you again!

Wonderful Stay

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as advertised. The house was clean and well kept. Having the open floor plan on one level was nice especially because we had an 18 month toddler in our group. The kitchen and frig were well stocked with basic supplies and condiments. However, if everyone wants a cup of coffee when they awake, you will need to stagger your wake up times because the Mr. Coffee coffee maker was an exceptionally slow drip! We liked having the large quality washer and dryer to use. The twin beds and one other mattress were not as comfortable as ones in the other two rooms. Master bedroom was spacious and has an incredible view. The yard was well maintained and the flowers beautiful. The kids had plenty of space to run and catch lightening bugs in the evenings. Although readily available, we did not use the fire pit because of the warm weather. The grill was quality and big enough to accommodate cooking for 8. We did miss private access to the beach but understand the need for repairs. Having quality beach towels and chairs made going to nearby beaches easier. Incredible views of sunsets from yard. Joan was very prompt in responding when we contacted her. The lock system made for easy access upon arrival and coming and going. The property was an excellent place for our family to take a break, and have a wonderful Lake Michigan vacation.

My husband and I have lived in southwest Michigan for over 30 years and love Lake Michigan. We found this property and are excited to share our home and the beach with others who enjoy the beauty and fun of the Great Lakes.

The views of Lake Michigan change every day -- sometimes every hour -- and we've got the perfect setting to enjoy them. We love the privacy of our lakeside yard and the proximity of amenities in St. Joe. In 2026 we're excited to add new stairs from our bluff down to the private beach below.

In addition to the brand-new addition of aluminum stairs from the bluff down to the beach below, the landscaping and garden beds have been thoughtfully planned and tended, so there is something beautiful to see in the yard in every season. Trees and bushes along the property lines make our one-acre lot surprisingly private. We've added solar panels and a heat pump to make our property as sustainable as possible.
