Terrific family condo

We stayed for the weekend and enjoyed this spacious, well appointed condo. Beds were comfortable, location is great - in the winter, if you have a dog, you are right across from the golf course which has miles of plowed trails for dog walking. Would stay here again!

Winter festival 2025.

The stay was good. Quiet neighborhood no road traffic sounds. Close to town convenient to stores and the shops. It was the middle of winter lots of snow but roads and driveways were plowed. Only disapointment was fireplace was not working.

It was good. We were not aware of the construction in front of the condo. Although it made for longer commutes to and from town and ponderosa, my two grandsons loved being able to watch the big excavators from the porch. It would have been nice to have a heads up

Great location and space

Since it was winter and we had our dog with us this could not have been better. The golf course is across the street and they groom the cart paths so we had a great place to walk. The space is large, plenty of seating downstairs. Rooms good, bed good but a little soft for my liking. My husband loved it. Overall I would come back again

Perfect and quaint!

This home had everything we needed for a great weekend stay! The home would be perfect for longer stays as well given the amenities. One note for future renters.. parking is tight in there and really only room for one truck or two small cars. Otherwise perfect! We loved that we could just ride our bikes right into town and spend the day and not worry if we had a drink or two and having to drive! A fantastic weekend getaway!!

No WiFi! And poor quality towels and linens.

This condo has a great location and a great space to offer. However, it was not clear that there was no WiFi here. That should be better communicated. Also, the linens and towels need to be updated. The extra blankets looked old and dirty. Also, a simple towel rack for a hand towel in the Master Bathroom would be nice. The location is great, the space is a great size and the key was easy to get. A few updates on towels and linens would make it so much for enjoyable.

Not what we expected!

We've rented a lot of places over the years, but none this disappointing in years. It was musty upon entry and not clean; there was dried food on the couch and big liquid stains. The furniture was old and uncomfortable; the screen door was so dirty it would hardly open without damage, the BBQ was filthy with spider webs all over it, the patio was right on a busy noisy street, especially for McCall Idaho, the house was very hot without air and inadequate fans. The kitchen faucet leaked. there was no towel in the master vanity area. We've stayed a lot of places but ... We would never stay here again.

Great location!

We had a great time at this condo! Loved the location very close to the state park as we walked there every day! It was spacious and comfy with all we needed!

Great place with plenty of room to spread out.

Nice house with lots of living room seating. Very comfortable! The only issue is rationing of soap for the dishwasher, garbage bags and toilet paper. There weren't any paper towels at all. I don't want that to take away from an otherwise great place. I will rent it again but know to bring some of these essential supplies from home.

Very Spacious- could be five stars with a few improvements

Loved the space, overall it seemed clean, but the carpet seemed a bit stiff, like it had been shampooed and when it dried the residue had stiffened. Also, it could use a little organization and accessories could use updates. Towels under sinking in second bath seemed damp and other towels hanging seemed old, but we’re clean! The microwave door was cracked. the kitchen had a lot supplies but most, especially the can opener we’re junky. A few nice supplies would be better than having 3 drawers of garage sale spatulas and tongs. Same goes for cupboards, lots of casserole dishes and plastic stuff all scattered, not stacked. If I could give partial stars, it would be 3.75, but I thought a four rating would not get your attention…it was a love hate experience! The first day the upstairs hall had a odd unpleasant, but that seem to go away after a day. The overall place was spacious as fit our families needs… if we were to rent again we would bring our own towels and a few of our own kitchen gadgets. A gas/propane bbq would be nice addition too. Charcoal is too much work on vacay

Nice Place - Road Noise

Comfortable place to stay. Close to Davis Road so quite a bit of road noise from morning to evening. Likely due to road construction near Davis Road.

Close to everything!

A great condo! We made the trip with our 7 month old and pups. The home was clean, had all the necessary cookware and was close to everything in town, and a stones through from Ponderosa State Park. We’d be happy to stay again!

Great rental

Great location to downtown, the lake and Brundage. The layout of the rental was ideal. Downstairs there is plenty of seating in the living room, a spacious kitchen with many amenities and a ½ bath. Upstairs were the three bedrooms. We hosted superbowl the weekend we were there and it was great! TV is a bit out dated and small and not much room for parking, but overall we were very happy! We will be back.

Overall good

Overall the place was good, a little dirty in some places, some road noise, but good view of the golf course, easy walking to downtown and the campground, well stocked, did reach out to vacassa, with a question and to report some existing damage upon arrival but no response. Would recommend this place again.

Nice enough

We sweltered in the heat as there is no air conditioning. Leaving window open was difficult as close neighbors were partying late after quiet time. Smoking by neighbors next door on patio so we couldn't enjoy that . When we arrived toilets had not been cleaned so we cleaned ourselves. Not pleasant to start things out. Housing was comfortable for our short stay.
