Our home is conveniently located on the QUIET, BAY-SIDE of Coronado, within WALKING DISTANCE to the Ferry Landing and Shops, Nicky Rotten Bar & Burger Grill, Coronado Brew Pub, Tartines, Saiko Sushi, Smart & Final, and Boney's Seaside Market. Walk to Bay View or Tidelands Park, beaches, or downtown Coronado.
Our home location is GREAT for ALL who want to have the ULTIMATE 4th of JULY experience, free from traffic, crowds with off-street parking. Enjoy the perks of our QUIET, low density neighborhood with designer upgrades throughout our home.
Our light, bright, tasteful, traditional nautical-themed two-story, 2,000 square foot home can easily accommodate 4 to 6 guests comfortably in our 3.5-bedrooms and 3-full baths featuring hardwood floors, Viking kitchen appliances, air conditioning, LG washer/dryer, shuttered windows, 3-flat screen HD TVs, upgraded sound system, large dining table, private yards, gardens, large patio and off-street parking.
Guests can catch the Coronado Ferry at the Ferry Landing for access to Little Italy's Saturday Farmer's Market, San Diego Zoo, Rady's San Diego Symphony Shell, The USS Midway Museum, restaurants and more.
Coronado offers convenient electric bike + golf cart rentals, and NEW electric free shuttles have been added to take you anywhere in Coronado.

My husband and I were both raised on the East Coast and moved West to California to pursue our careers. We both have traveled the world, lived abroad for many years, and have found Coronado to be the BEST place to live on the West Coast!
My husband has owned our home in Coronado since the late 1970s and had a very successful career as a Naval Aviator. He homestead his 3-beautiful daughters in Coronado and they all graduated from the Coronado High School. All 3-daughters are now married and are raising their own families in Coronado.

Our spacious front and back private grass lawns, gardens and patio offer plenty of BREATHING room. Come enjoy our refreshing, relaxing bay side location and all that Coronado has to offer.
Our home was completely renovated and modeled and updated in 2000 and offers summer guests a very tasteful, relaxing summer retreat.
Coronado was ranked as a "walkers Paradise" with a walkability score of 98 out of 100. On foot, or by bicycle it's easy to get to all the sites, sounds and tastes that Coronado has to offer.
