Welcome to Crown Bungalow and Garden! Owned and cared for by local residents, this home is located on one of the most sought-after streets in the heart of Coronado Village. The bungalow is only 3 blocks from the award-winning Coronado Beach, ranked one of the best beaches in the country. Enjoy easy access to other notable landmarks, including the Hotel Del Coronado and Coronado's main thoroughfare, Orange Avenue, lined with local eateries, boutiques, art galleries and theaters. Walk uptown in under 10 minutes!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features beautifully designed interiors and gardens with generous free street parking. Originally built in 1907, the property combines old world charm with all the modern conveniences. The home recently underwent a significant remodel to include an updated kitchen and bathrooms, outdoor living space including patio and gardens, and ample space to work from home. Large primary bedroom and closets with additional storage above.

With multiple outdoor spaces on the property, there are plenty of areas to enjoy year-round California living. Sip your morning coffee on the covered front porch overlooking the quiet street and manicured front yard. End your day with a cocktail in the private backyard featuring roses, hydrangeas, and camellias cultivated with care by the owners of this lovely home. Enjoy al fresco dining with your family at the outdoor patio table, and lounge around the fire pit in the comfortable sofa and chairs. There is also a brand-new gas grill for your use. This backyard is a vacationer's paradise! Beach gear also included.

The home includes free high speed internet and a brand-new large flat screen Smart TV complete with YouTubeTV and access to streaming services. Generous free street parking. Property is rented fully furnished. No smoking inside or outside the house - thank you for treating our home as your own!

Minimum 26-night stay per City of Coronado ordinance. Short and long term rental available (fully furnished). School year rental available.

The house was beautiful, and the neighborhood felt very safe and wonderfully quiet. It’s very close to the beach and dog-friendly, which was perfect for us. The owners were very responsive, pleasant to work with, and incredibly accommodating. The house is stocked with everything you could need, and the garden is absolutely beautiful. Coronado is a delightful place to stay — we love it and would happily return.

Lovely Quiet Home

The house was very comfortable and accommodated all of our needs. The backyard was our favorite spot at the house to hang out in the evening. Great hosts!

Wonderful Stay!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The location within Coronado was phenomenal and everything from the beach, groceries, fine dining and the Hotel Del were just a short walk away. We can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Absolutely lovely property. So comfortable - indoor and outdoor - beautiful remodel with cozy furniture and tastefully appointed rooms. Very warm and hospitable hosts that make you feel at home immediately and check-in at appropriate times. Perfect location close to beach, in quiet and serene neighborhood, but a short walk from grocery, restaurants, entertainment. We have stayed in multiple Coronado homes over the years; we loved our stay and would rent again! Highly recommend!

Property is located a short walk to Orange Ave and the beach. Lovely back yard Appliances are new and kitchen is well equipped. This house functioned well for my husband and I and is all on one level. This is not easy to find on the island with so many new 2 -4 story homes. We enjoyed our stay.

Paradise on J Avenue!

This is a wonderful home. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings throughout, and a backyard oasis. Hosts are responsive and accommodated some last minute arrival changes due to the weather. Location is perfect. It’s a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything Coronado has to offer!

Our stay at "The Crown" was great. We spent the month of September 2025 there. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The place was very clean. There were numerous small amities that made the place special. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Sitting area was very comfortable even when entertaining guests. Back yard was especially nice as it was a great place to relax (our pup especially enjoyed the yard as he could go outside whenever he liked). WIFI was solid as well. We spent a lot of time at Dog beach, so the location was super. The place is older, but it wears well. Did I mention comfortable? We'll certainly remember The Crown for possible future stays.

Perfect Location

Our family stayed the month of July we had a great time. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and the Del Hotel no problem. The house is on a quiet street and the beach is about a 10 walk thru the neighborhood. I highly recommend the house and the owners were very helpful. We hope to be back soon! Coronado is a great escape from the AZ July heat.

Wonderful experience

Stayed the month of august. Loved the house and Donna the owner, and her husband who could not have been more helpful. Would certainly go again. We had everything we required. We’ll run house and property. Appreciated the experience.

Nice stay in Coronado

Lovely home in a great neighborhood. Erin was always very good to communicate with and responded back quickly. Only small issue is that the refrigerator is a bit loud and it is near the main bed room. I had to close the bed room door when I slept. Other than that it was very good.

Great quaint cozy place

This lovely home is not only scenic and cozy, but it also has a wonderful peaceful energy about it. The inside paint colors and décor make a person feel so rested and positive to be there. The couch, chairs and beds are so comfortable and relaxing. The backyard is a beautiful place to lounge and connect. The home even has this awesome Americana front porch that makes the home so welcoming. The kitchen is completely well stocked and efficient with utensils, pots, pans, etc. And most of all, the hosts are so kind, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely love to stay at this home whenever we are back in Coronado. Thank you for a such a great experience!

Coronado Home "bungalow"

Erin was fabulous and very responsive! The home is in a perfect location---walking distance to the beach and the Hotel Del Coronado. Great neighborhood to walk --friendly neighbors less than a 5 minute drive to groceries. The home itself had all of the amenities needed and was very clean. Great space to work from home and connect my laptop. Patio yard was perfect to relax at end of the day and a dedicated side yard for our dog --kept everything in order. We know Coronado well---and this home is in a great location!!! We would would like to return again!!
