Brand new (2019) home designed to capture all the grandeur of the architecture of the Beach Village at the Hotel Del Coronado! Home was designed for seamless SoCal indoor/outdoor living featuring a modern open concept design with dramatic operable bi-folding wall of glass to enjoy the southwestern exposure and cool ocean breezes. Enjoy cool ocean breezes through the second story deck off the main living area and the master patio retreat. Listen to the sounds of the nearby crashing surf.

Stunning high end finishes throughout. This home features a gourmet kitchen with stainless Viking appliances, reverse osmosis water filtration, breakfast bar and a large BBQ located just outside the kitchen. Living room features furnishings with modern lines made for deep seated comfort. Enjoy music from the surround sound audio system
Escape to the master bedroom featuring a private deck. Warm yourself on the cool evenings by the fire bowl on the master bedroom patio retreat.

The lower level is ideally suited as a separate guest/teen zone with its' own private exterior entrance, 2- ensuite bedrooms, laundry, media room and even a kitchenette for making your favorite snack. Sit back and relax on the power reclining sectional while watching a movie or your favorite team play on the 82" big screen TV with built-in surround sound

Great home and great location!

We had a wonderful month on Coronado! This home is perfectly located to town and the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is perfect for two to six guests. The top floor kitchen and family room is a wonderful space especially when the doors are open and fresh beach air flowing in!

Perfect Beach Bungalow

From the moment we arrived it was pure bliss~ Very nice Patios to lounge around with a fire pit and BBQ! Nice views, we even got to see fireworks one night! Home is well appointed, very roomy, and has what you need for a day at the beach. Walking distance to the beach, the Del Hotel and wonderful restaurants! This trip did not disappoint, see you next time!!

Fantastic Coronado Rental

We really enjoyed our stay. Ed, our house, had great communication. The house is very well appointed. We enjoyed the upstairs living room/kitchen. The media room downstairs was just perfect for our family. Would love to return in the future.

Mayberry comes to life

The property and location were amazing, it felt like home away from home with the beach minutes away along with the charm or Orange street within walking distance. Excellent house with all the comforts of home and a charming neighborhood that had friendly and helpful neighbors that made you feel like you were a part of the communty.

Wonderful First Visit to Coronado

My husband and I spent three months here and felt very much at home. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. There is plenty of room for family gatherings. The location cannot be beat, centrally located to everything on Coronado, and the off street parking is a plus. Ed is a great host and went out of his way to make sure we had a good stay. We would definitely return.

Great Place for Small Family; Great Location

We stayed for the month of August; mostly just my wife and I, but also a visit from her mother for 10 days. The place was great! Loved the location - everything in walking distance, including the dog beach. We didn’t even get a chance to use the basement rec room (no need) but it was very nice. Check in and out was a breeze. The master bedroom bed was super comfortable. Never slept better. Ed Evans was very accessible and a great host. We would definitely rent here again.

Great Location!

Property was beautiful and well-maintained. Location was perfect and was walking distance to everything....beach, dog beach, shops, grocery store, and plenty of restaurants! We enjoyed every bit of our stay!

Exactly as advertised. Fabulous location-walking distance to beach, gym, Orange Avenue restaurants. Nice detailed touches to the home. Wonderful windows and constant breeze. Very relaxing and a treat all the way around.

April stay

From start to finish our month at this property was outstanding. Everything was better than we expected. There was so much room for everyone to move around in and areas for working remotely were great. The house was clean, kitchen was stocked well, there were plenty of beach accessories to use as well. Ed was great to work with -very, very responsive if we needed him. Will rent here again in the future.

Lovely home!

Fantastic vacation home!

This charming cottage fit all of our vacation needs from the bikes, beach chairs and the jacuzzi. It was a very comfortable house to stay at. The location is close to everything in Coronado. The owners were very accommodating with all of our requests and very nice to interact with. I wouldn't hesitate to book this cottage again.
