This unit was wonderful! just as pictured. We had 2 grandparents, 2 adults, and 4 kids (10 and under) and this was perfect! The location to the heated pool, beach, wharf and restaurants was key. We had one mishap with the grill being flipped over (due to wind) when we arrived, and they replaced the grill within 2 days. The kitchen has everything you need an more. You can have walmart groceries delivered to you, and Publix is 5 minutes away. Amazing stay, totally recommend it!!

Wonderful place to get away!

Everything was as expected. Very clean, instructions were clear, communication is great.This is our third year coming to Sandestin and this has been our favorite house so far.

Perfect getaway

This property met all our expectations and then some. Clean, spacious, welcoming, and peaceful. Golf carts made getting to beach, pools, and restaurants convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommend this property!

Outstanding Stay

The listing was exactly what we saw when we booked the property, but better than expected. The rooms were much bigger than expected as were the bathrooms. Every room has its own bathroom. Outstanding neighborhood with pool and Baytowne warf very near. Only about a 10 minute golf cart ride to the beach and the beach closet had many more chairs/toys than expected. We would absolutely stay here again

Location...Location...Location

The house is in a great area, you don’t ever have to get back into your vehicle once there if you don’t want to other than going to outlet malls and other shopping. Restaurants, entertainment, beach, and grocery store is all accessible by golf cart which two are provided with the house. House is clean and plenty of room for 8 guests, definitely recommend it.

great getaway

This property had everything for our family. Each room had a bathroom and the rooms were spacious and clean and well put together. PRoperty was clean and kitchen was well stocked with all utensils and everything we needed to cook and make this our home of the week. Was great having the golf carts to get to the beach and to get around and having two is a huge bonus when members of your family want to to do different things. Great location as beach was a 5-7 minute golf cart ride and easy to get too and wharf and other amenities on property were great.

Family vacay

We had a great time at the beach and the pool. ….however the house needs better cookware and utensils. Preparing family meals was a bit challenging. Also, the dishwasher was full of mold…. Overall, the kitchen could have been better stocked. The kids room/bunkbeds need better mattresses….felt like overly soft lumps!

Nice location and very clean

My family (8 of us) really enjoyed our stay there. Upon arriving we notice a smell in the room that had twin beds, the stove had a little chipped area, one of the room had a small stain. The golf carts were older but nice. We did notice the blue one back seat is molded and the red one had a scratch on it and a little crack on the foot pedal. Those little minor things did not dim the location. I wished that there was a garage, but just mine preference. The beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this VRBo to others and would book again myself. This is definitely a place that deserves 5 stars.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Lago 1867. We stay on this same street last year. We liked this condo better. The rooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. Booking was easy.we loved having two golf carts. One of the carts battery didn’t hold a charge as well as the other, once we realized it we were careful to carry the plug with us and there are charging areas all around the resort even at the beach parking area. We will be back again next year.

Veterinary Conference and Beach Time

My group of friends and co-workers stayed at this residence 5/29/2024-6/2/2024 for the annual Emerald Coast Veterinary Conference. This house was perfectly located a short 3 min golf cart ride to the convention center located at Baytowne Warf. The house easily accommodated our group of six with plenty of room to spread out and be able to have some privacy. The kitchen contained all necessary items to easily cook meals after a long day of classes and time on the beach. The grill on site was a definite plus! This property had two golf carts available which was extremely helpful. We did run into an issue with the charging tower not charging the golf carts but utilizing another outlet remedied this small inconvenience. Overall we had a great stay in a wonderful location. We will definitely book again for our conference next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been bringing our family to Sandestin for 14 years. This was the best rental we have stayed in. The property was perfect for 8 people. We are forever spoiled with 2 golf carts. The property was clean, and very well maintained. We blew a fuse in the master bedroom. My husband with an engineering degree was not able to get it reset. Management set someone promptly . The pool at villa lago is small, but we were always able to get a chair. I will say the Laurel grove pool offers some shade and is bigger. Stinky’s on 30 A is one of our favorite restaurants and is only about 20 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The rental company was very professional. We will look to rent through them again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time staying in the neighborhood but our first time in this home. Overall, we enjoyed our time here as a family. House was as described. Very clean on arrival. Furniture was comfortable and in very good shape. We did have some issues with appliances while there but the team worked to get them replaced as quickly as they could so now all renters after us will have brand new washer/dryer and dishwasher. One golf cart doesn’t keep a charge as long as the other but we didn’t have any issues. Just something to be aware of. Beach is about a 10 min golf cart ride. We love going to the wharf. There is so much there to do. Don’t forget to pack some extra house supplies like laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, dish soap because they only supply a small amount. Most likely our family will be back again

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Called maintenance on Friday, 10/13 to report 4seater, blue golf cart not working. I was advised that they probably couldn’t get anybody out because it was a weekend. Really in a resort area isn’t it all about the weekend? Never heard back from them and had no use of the cart for the remainder of our stay. Would like a cash back credit for the inconvenience experienced trying to transport my family during the wedding of our daughter.

Family Easter

This was a great holiday vacation and everyone enjoyed it so much. We relaxed, we ate, we beached, we fished, and the 4 year old grandson found plenty of lizards. Great property and great location.

Great house

This house was very clean and a in a perfect lactation. The golf cart access was amazing!
