Any questions we had were responded promptly by the host. The house was the perfect location for a local wedding we attended. Everything we needed was provided in the house. Our kids had a blast playing in the yard.

Like staying with Grandma; a little old-fashioned & worn, but comfortable. Clothes washer & dryer is in the basement accessed by stairs in the garage. Third king bedroom is upstairs from the main level with 2 queen bedrooms. Curved driveway allowed easy luggage unloading. The quiet neighborhood was ablaze with amazing fall foliage!

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable home, located halfway between Ballston Spa and Saratoga Springs. Located in a quiet and very walkable neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. Plenty of towels, and toiletries were supplied.

Fantastic Property

I have been traveling to the Saratoga/Glens Falls area for 26 years to attend the NYSPHSAA Boys' Basketball State Championships in Glens Falls. Over the years, I have stayed in hotels and motels between the two. For the first time, I rented through VRBO. After reading about the house in Saratoga, I decided to rent 45 Legends Lane. As a first-time user of VRBO, the hosts were terrific in responding to a copy of questions I had. After arrival, we were very pleased with the conditions of the property, the cleanliness, the setup of the property, the privacy it afforded with 3 bdrms and 2 baths. It was a simple 25 minutes' drive between Saratoga and Glens Falls but staying here vs. a motel gave us more privacy, more relaxation room and options for doing some work at the house between days at the tournament with the kitchen table and the dining room table in the front. I wish I could say enough about the experience, but you get the idea. Thank you to the hosts for sharing their house with us, and I would rent again when I return to the area.

Cozy with lots of space

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Lots of room to hang out together or spread out when necessary. It is within driving distance of many attractions and conveniently close to a supermarket. Washer and dryer was a definite plus.

Beautiful clean home

Stayed 2 weeks in this nice clean home in a charming quiet neighborhood, close to supermarkets, gas stations, parks, etc. Essentials were provided, and slept great in comfy beds with new mattresses. Karine and her husband were very attentive when we reached out with questions. Already booked a stay for next summer!

Great Hosts And EXTREMELY Clean!

Comfortable suburban house close to Saratoga, (10 minutes), with comfortable newer mattresses and new bedroom carpeting. The hosts are newer hosts and are growing into this role being very attentive to guest concerns. This rental is cleaner than our own home! And we wish we could find housecleaners this good.

Quiet retreat for a busy family

We loved our stay at this little home in the middle of a big beautiful yard! Our family of four active kids had a wonderful time exploring the area and retreating back to the house, which had wonderfully comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice grill on a great deck, and a gorgeous lawn for all kinds of outdoor play. This rental is a good value and a wonderful amenity close to all of the Saratoga sites.
