Thank goodness the heat worked! Great place

We came for a friends reunion at the beach but mother nature had different plans with freezing temps but the heater worked great in our place. And it was large enough we could play games inside and watch movies.

Great place to stay

Great place for our crew. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of space to spend time with each other and cook together. We definitely plan to come back.

Great Location - close to beach

Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Sofa and swivel chair in living room has seen better days.

Nice and Convenient

Very nice property, close to the beach and plenty of room for large group. Had some minor issues with plumbing but nothing that affected the stay. Overall, a very nice place.

Nice spot with bathrooms for every room

We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and it was nice having a bathroom in each room. The rooms are small and space is limited. Kitchen was good but could use a few more pots and pans. Would have been nice to have something to clean counters with. Location was great.

Nice job lace, no closets to hang clothes.

Only problem was the toilet in downstairs bedroom. It was sticking or leaking, boys big problem but had to take cover off to flush.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect for our group- 3 couples and 5 kids under 11. Absolutely LOVE how all the bedrooms (aside from the kids' room which had bunk bed, 2 twins on top and 2 doubles on bottom) had king sized beds as well as their own bathroom. Perfectly short walk to the beach. This was really the ideal house and I will definitely book here again next summer!

Great Place to Unwind

I would highly recommend this property. I love that we were within walking distance to the beach, restaurants nearby, and everyone had their own bathroom. Pool was small. Overall 5 out of 5.

Very clean home. 5 bathrooms! Loved that every room had its own bathroom. Very close to the beach. Beach cart rental next door.

Thanksgiving 2022

We had a great time even though the weather was lousy. Every concern (lights burnt out) they where on top of right away. It is a great place for a family gathering. Absolutely love the big table for game playing!

End of Summer Bliss

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great except for a couple of things. There were water bugs and roaches in the unit. It's been dry. They were probably looking for water. We killed the ones we found. The plug out the back door doesn't work, and the water pressure in the unit was very low. Not sure if there is a water limiter in the faucets so there isn't so much water being used. It was very hard to rinse off or wash your hair.

Spring Break

The property fulfilled all of our needs. The pictures could use some updating as the property is now surrounded by other structures and the gulf is no longer visible. But other than that, it is just as it was presented.

It was a short walk to the beach, pool on site, a shop around the corner or gas station across the street for any items you need during your stay. The property was perfect for a large group with three rooms upstairs and one downstairs. Please bring all items you plan to use (baggies, foil, salt and pepper).
