このアパートは、ジェラルメの中心部にある家族の家の1階にあります。 南向きで、2 Haの100周年公園と300 mに位置する湖の景色を楽しめます。
アパートはバルコニーに囲まれています。バルコニーには、10人以上で外で昼食をとることができる大きなものが含まれます。 インテリアレイアウトには、リビングルームに通じるキッチン、3つのベッドルーム、2つのバスルーム、独立したトイレがあります。

A beautiful appartment with sea view and great garden

We really enjoyed our stay at Geradmer. The appartment was amazing - big, cozy, quiet, great views to the huge garden and the lake and the best: it was fully (and I really mean in) furnished with everything you need! Thanks again and we would definitively come back!

Don’t miss visiting Gerardmer!

Amazing location! Across the street from a large park with playground. 2 blocks from the lake. Walked the lake path every day (about 3.2 miles around). Ventured into the hills several times. The apartment was well situated to grocery and bakery. Highly recommend!! Will definitely return!

Gerardmer in summer 2023

Good location and facilities. 2 showers, only one restroom. Kitchen is functional but can use an update, specifically the countertop. Beds are ok. Environment is nice, when it's not raining.

Bonjour Robert, J'ai bien noté les éléments positifs que vous avez souligné pour mon appartement. Voici des éléments de réponse pour les éléments qui vous ont déplu. La cuisine a été créée il y a 9 ans avec un plan de travail en bois qui donne un côté chaleureux. Faudrait-il vraiment le changer ? Il n'y a qu'un seul WC, certes mais c'était précisé dans le descriptif. Vous êtes le premier locataire depuis 4 ans à m'attribuer cette note de 4 étoiles et non 5 étoiles. Je le regrette pour moi mais aussi pour vous, en espérant que vous trouverez pour votre prochain séjour un appartement idéal à ce prix avec ces prestations (emplacement notamment). Bien cordialement

Great apartment

This apartment is fantastic as it overlooks a park and the lake. The apartment is as advertised and quite adequate for anything that you may want to do. Be advised that the linens were an extra charge, but if you plan for that, it can work into your budget. The only difficulty that we had was the Internet seem to be having Some sort of issue. Jean-Philippe was working hard to get it straightened out, but it was spotty throughout our stay . Otherwise it was a great stay.

Le très gros plus du logement : il est idéalement placé à Gérardmer avec la place de parking. On a accès au lac en moins d'une minute à pied dans un cadre idéal. C'est la 2ième fois que je reviens dans ce logement : c'est toujours un moment parfait en famille (même quand la météo n'est pas bonne lol) Très belle expérience encore.

Spacieux appartement avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour comme si on était à la maison. À proximité de tout (commerces, ballades, activités). Très bons échanges avec le propriétaire et l'accueillant. Nous sommes conquis !

Des vacances inoubliables

Une semaine vraiment incroyable ! Un chalet au bord du lac, très propre et parfaitement adapté. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un super séjour. Nous avons eu la neige en plus pour l’occasion. eine wunderschöne Reise mit der Familie

Unser Urlaub war einfach fantastisch. Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage direkt am See war perfekt und der Supermarkt in der Nähe sehr praktisch. Herr Minier war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war eine wunderschöne Reise mit der Familie, die wir sehr genossen haben.

Agréable séjour

Nous venions pour un événement bien particulier qui se déroule chaque année à la mi juin. L’appartement est situé aux abords de cet évènement. On peut se stationner a l’intérieur de la propriété ce qui est très appréciable au regard du secteur. L’endroit est calme même si la maison est proche du lac. Jean philippe et Benoit sont très réactifs.
