Pictures don’t do it justice

The view of the Gulf is amazing! As much as we loved the pics on VRBO, they do not fully convey how gorgeous the view is. Stunning!We had the sounds of the gulf at night, and the crowd staying in other condos weee around our age, very friendly, and not loud. It’s really a perfect spot for a view and a relaxing vacation.

Great condo

Really nice to be able to walk off the back deck and onto the beach! Condo was clean, comfortable and in a good location. Two very minor things that could use attention: The small deck off the twin bedroom was dirty, and we could not figure out how to get TV reception on the primary bedroom TV (too many remotes and not good instructions).

Awesome oceanfront condo

Awesome views of the sunset from the back deck and upper balcony!! A short walk to the sand and surf!! I love this condo! We have stayed here two years in a row and plan to continue doing so!!

DREAM VACATION

The condo was extremely clean when we walked in. The views are incredible and we loved the pool! All of the beds were lower to the ground and in the second bedroom they were really small and extremely hard. Another thing we didn't like is when you are out on the two back Balconies, there is no privacy at all. We found 6 to the most with privacy. Because you couldn't look in at our condo.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Breezy, beautiful oceanfront condo end unit occupies a great spot in Anna Maria. Needs to update pans and some kitchen items but otherwise has beautiful quality furnishings. Also uses microfiber sheets in the bedrooms. We had a lovely week stay! We already re-booked! Can’t wait to come back, thank you!

Perfection

We loved our stay! The location is perfect. The condo is clean and well appointed. We loved all of the decks! My only concern was the washer and dryer were low quality so I didn’t use them a ton. Would recommend an upgrade to those for sure! Otherwise, we had a fantastic time! I highly recommend this property!

Amazing Stay!

Excellent home for our family of four. We loved every moment of our stay. The home is beautiful just like the pictures. Right on the beach with a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed the two decks for morning coffees, sunsets, and eating. I greatly enjoyed all the lovely art on the walls. Booking was easy and the property management was excellent. Location was great, with easy access to the island trolley. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful property

Half million dollar view.

Could be a million dollar view but they've let the sea grapes over grow so much that you only see half the beach. Besides that the place is perfect. No problems at all.

Beautiful condo on the beach

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is exactly as pictured and well appointed with all you could need. The view of the water is beautiful, especially on the upper balcony. We will rent again!

Great place right on the beach

This condo was wonderful! My husband and I took our kids (5 & 1) and it really couldn’t have been a better location and place for all. My only complaints are there were no extra linens anywhere (extra pillows in the closet but no pillow cases). Would def. go back!

Great location

This property is right on the beach and we loved the decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. if you decide to cook. We gave it 4 stars because the stairs are very creaky. If you're an early riser, you wake everyone up going downstairs. The power went out for several hours during our stay. Vacasa did a great job contacting the owner who forgot to pay the electric bill which caused the inconvenience. Overall, it's a nice property.

Beautiful place and location

We loved the place but it has some issues. First, the second bedroom with 2 single beds, the mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. Perhaps ok for kids but definitely not for adults. Second, the TV streaming system is NOT user-friendly! We had Vacasa staff come three times just for the TV and still were unable to watch TV in the living room. The master bedroom TV never would come on. The refrigerator freezer door would not close completely so there was often water on the floor from melting ice. Also a living room window leaked a lot of water in a blowing rainstorm. Other windows were fine. We loved the beach right outside the back doors and the pool out the front door. We loved the floor plan and the decor. Plenty of dishes and towels. Three bathrooms were also handy. Would like to go back but not with TV & bed issues.

Great location, nice condo but…

The condo is very nice. Location is great. Love this place except that everything in the kitchen are cheap stuff. Pots and pans are all very crappy cheap stuff none of the knives were useable and there was literally nothing in terms of coffee filters or anything you need immediately. We were here for 2.5 wks and there were barely enough soap, toilet paper, etc for one week.

Great Space, Not Cleaned

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. Last year it was amazing! It's a completely remodeled unit and it sits on the sand practically. The beds are great! This year we arrived to an ant problem in the kitchen. The unit was not dirty it was filthy!!! We literally had to vacuum, mop and clean the restrooms prior to settling in. I am not a picky person. I understand that when a renter leaves a home, the cleaning crew has a short window to prepare for the next renter's arrival. That being said, there were dust BALLS in the corners of the unit in all rooms. There was sand all over the floor inside and piles of sand on the terrace. The unit was cleaned with a lavender scented product, that seemed as if it was used to mask the untideness of the space. I rented this unit for two weeks straight (this year and last year). The kitchen seems to lack some essentials that were available the year prior and the refrigerator was not tidied prior to our arrival. The vacuum the unit has in their closet was FULL of dirt, papers and other trash. It was pretty bad honestly!! We contacted VACASA and mentioned the issues. They sent over a fumigator. The ants were back after a few days. Nothing was offered nor resolved for the lack of cleanliness of the unit. The person I spoke to said they would notate it. Considering the cost of the unit, maintenance needs massive improvement.
