Great location and place. Property manager very responsive. Think it would be nice to note there is a long flight of stairs to get to the unit (for people with mobility issues).

Pictures don’t do it justice

The view of the Gulf is amazing! As much as we loved the pics on VRBO, they do not fully convey how gorgeous the view is. Stunning!We had the sounds of the gulf at night, and the crowd staying in other condos weee around our age, very friendly, and not loud. It’s really a perfect spot for a view and a relaxing vacation.

Amazing Stay!

Excellent home for our family of four. We loved every moment of our stay. The home is beautiful just like the pictures. Right on the beach with a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed the two decks for morning coffees, sunsets, and eating. I greatly enjoyed all the lovely art on the walls. Booking was easy and the property management was excellent. Location was great, with easy access to the island trolley. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great condo

Really nice to be able to walk off the back deck and onto the beach! Condo was clean, comfortable and in a good location. Two very minor things that could use attention: The small deck off the twin bedroom was dirty, and we could not figure out how to get TV reception on the primary bedroom TV (too many remotes and not good instructions).

Perfect Beach Getaway

Breezy, beautiful oceanfront condo end unit occupies a great spot in Anna Maria. Needs to update pans and some kitchen items but otherwise has beautiful quality furnishings. Also uses microfiber sheets in the bedrooms. We had a lovely week stay! We already re-booked! Can’t wait to come back, thank you!

We slept night at this place and had to be moved. I woke up to termites chewing through the ceiling. Guess what termites do while tent chew… They poop! And this was right above my pillow. There were toenails in our bedding. The place clearly hasn’t been cleaned. The refrigerator has broken shelves. The entire place needs TLC before letting people rent. It is not at all as nice as the photos. It’s dirty and everything in it is junky! Disgusting!

Perfection

We loved our stay! The location is perfect. The condo is clean and well appointed. We loved all of the decks! My only concern was the washer and dryer were low quality so I didn’t use them a ton. Would recommend an upgrade to those for sure! Otherwise, we had a fantastic time! I highly recommend this property!

DREAM VACATION

The condo was extremely clean when we walked in. The views are incredible and we loved the pool! All of the beds were lower to the ground and in the second bedroom they were really small and extremely hard. Another thing we didn't like is when you are out on the two back Balconies, there is no privacy at all. We found 6 to the most with privacy. Because you couldn't look in at our condo.

Beautiful location

This unit is right on the beach which is amazing. Unfortunately, from the downstairs porch you do not have a great view because of some Sea Oat trees. The beds are nice and comfortable, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy and well equipped with towels, shower soap, shampoo and conditioner. Each bedroom also has a deck you can sit on, very nice. The kitchen is roomy and has a blender, 3 coffee machines (??) and a coffee pod machine too, which was a nice bonus. We flew in and were banking on the beach supplies, unfortunately there was only one functioning beach chair, the other was rotted and broken. Vacasa did not respond to help with this issue, so we bought a chair ($49,99 + tax) and gifted it to future guests to enjoy. The unit was beautiful, quiet while we were there, but no one was next door, and comfortable. It is a great place to make memories.

Half million dollar view.

Could be a million dollar view but they've let the sea grapes over grow so much that you only see half the beach. Besides that the place is perfect. No problems at all.

Great place right on the beach

This condo was wonderful! My husband and I took our kids (5 & 1) and it really couldn’t have been a better location and place for all. My only complaints are there were no extra linens anywhere (extra pillows in the closet but no pillow cases). Would def. go back!

Great location

This property is right on the beach and we loved the decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. if you decide to cook. We gave it 4 stars because the stairs are very creaky. If you're an early riser, you wake everyone up going downstairs. The power went out for several hours during our stay. Vacasa did a great job contacting the owner who forgot to pay the electric bill which caused the inconvenience. Overall, it's a nice property.
