Very nice condo unit. It had all the needed amenities. The complex is well maintained and felt like a resort. One thing to note is the two bedrooms are both connected to the washroom but this was not an issue for us. Jaime was very responsive and helpful. The complex is directly across from Eagle Beach and is gated all around.

Jaime’s property was absolutely perfect for my family and me. The first-floor location was ideal, giving my wife and kids easy access to both the pool and the beach. Jaime was incredibly responsive throughout our stay in Aruba and very accommodating with any additional requests we had. We’re already planning another trip in the near future!

Low key, relaxing stay on Eagle Beach

Great location for easy access to one of the best beaches you could ask for with walk out to a spacious pool. Quiet and low key away from the crowds at the high rise end of the island. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice to have a gated community. Easy walking distance or short taxi ride to many great restaurants.

Everything was wonderful! Location is great. The beach is close and plenty of food options close by. We never got a taxi or rented a car. We did rent the electric scooters for trips to Noord just to cut down on some of the walk time.Kitchen was enough for our light needs and having a refrigerator with ice maker was a blessing. The area is quite yet close enough to the nightlife of Noord. My wife didn’t want to leave and I’m certain we will be returning and would not hesitate to stay again. The host is very responsive as well.

We had great time staying at Jaime's condo. It was in a perfect location , just across the street from beautiful Eagle. Beach. It was clean and everything was modern and worked well. We stayed a week and got a mid- week cleaning that Jaime provided. There are four pools and it seemed we never had a problem finding a chair. We love to walk so we hit several good restaurants. Superfoods, a grocery market as good as anything in the US was a 3/4 mile easy walk. It was a 12 taxi fide to the high rise area and taxis were plentiful and security was wonderful helping call taxis for us. We found no reason for a rental car but that is your call. It is truly a friendly island. We will definitely go back again and hopefully will be able to get this unit again. My first short term rental and it was a terrific experience.

Everything about our stay in Aruba was wonderful. Jaime was the perfect host—truly a 10 out of 10. He was extremely responsive to our needs; for example, he came right over to show us how to use the induction stovetop. The place was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with essentials like toilet paper and dish soap. But what really set Jaime apart was how he went above and beyond: when our rental car battery died and the rental company was completely unresponsive, Jaime personally came to help us jump the car.No one I know would do that. We wholeheartedly and without hesitation recommend renting from Jaime!

Cozy Condo right off the beach

My wife and I have stayed in the same condo twice. Each time has been exceptional, it's a great location tucked away in the low rise district. The pool and beach are extremely close, with the property being quiet, and clean.
