Rapport qualité prix tout à fait exagéré

Les - - Proximité de la départementale/accès autoroute (30m) / bruit voitures, camions ... pas la « campagne » : le site annonce une location « au calme » - Maison beaucoup plus petite que présentée en photos : plan de la maison mais sans dimensions - Toutes les chambres passent par la 1ere : compliqué pour familles car 3 lits doubles dont une chambre pour 3 et une chambre + mezzanine : pas simple et pas d’intimité - Pas un volet ne ferme... - Serrures peu secure - Tout est brinquebalant / rafistolage porte papier toilette, porte serviette (qui a cassé), prises qui sortent des murs, interrupteur au niveau de la fermeture de la porte coulissante (qui ne peut donc pas être totalement fermée, etc etc ...), toilettes qui coulent toute la nuit, tiroirs de cuisine prêts à s’effondrer, trou du poêle non fini dans le plafond - Pas de salon - Proximité avec les voisins (on les entend / voit dans leur piscine / jardins mitoyens) - Cuisine correcte en matériel - Piscine peu propre, moisissures et mousse dans les angles - Climatisation - dans les chambres uniquement => salon très très chaud - Wifi très faible => publicité abusive : route/taille/« luxe », pas à la hauteur du tarif demandé, qui est prohibitif pour le produit proposé. Les + - Très Propre - Bon accueil du propriétaire - Bonne literie - Grande piscine. - Vue sur un vignoble - Figues et raisin à volonté

Superbe propriété, au milieu des vignes !

Nous sommes restés 15 jours dans cette superbe propriété au milieu des vignes avec nos deux enfants de 2 et 4 ans. Endroit exceptionnel et accueil absolument adorable des propriétaires. La piscine est gigantesque et le coin piscine planté au milieu des vignes avec vue sur le ventoux dépayse immédiatement. Et très pratique car a 3 minutes en vélo du centre de sainte cecile. Absolument idéal pour des vacances reposantes.

Dejlige omgivelser i Provence

Dejligt hus med al komfort i hyggeligt vinområde. Stor pool velegnet til både leg og svømning. Ejerne, Anna og Sebastian, var meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Alt i alt en dejlig ferieoplevelse.

Idyllic hideaway near picturesque village

We were fortunate to book a last minute stay in the last week of June. The house, garden and pool facilities are immaculate and Sebastian & Anna were very welcoming hosts. We had lots of great tips from Sebastian and visited some sights around the area. The small town of Sainte Cecile-les-vignes is within walking distance, but really you need a car to travel around. The house itself is beautifully decorated with all modern amenities. The air conditioning is not the typical sort, but works by pumping air under ground to cool it. We were comfortable in the unseasonably hot weather, and as things cooled it was even better. The shower and bath seem new. The pool is very lovely and set in beautiful surroundings. There are plenty of spots to laze around, whether there are two of you or more. Our highlights included: - coffee at the Tabac in town; - a walk up the Toulourenc river (actually walking in the river!); - dinner at CVG restaurant and a short wander home; - Carrieres de lumieres; - Plan de Dieu wine (!); - Zou-zou the pig, at a nearby farm; - lunch at l'Epicurien, Vaison la Romaine. In short, we could not have wished for a better stay and were very lucky with the booking we made.

Vacances en famille très agréables

Des vacances rêvées dans le sud. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison qui est très belle et bien équipée comme dans un hôtel de luxe. Elle très bien orientée avec de splendides vues peu importe où l'on regarde: le mont Ventoux, les vignes à perte de vue, une scène du jardin ... Il faisait très chaud avec 36°c à l'ombre mais la maison reste fraîche la journée donc parfait. Nous avons adoré la piscine et toute son organisation avec le pool house ainsi que la vue sur les vignes et la tranquilité. Beaucoup de chose à voir, à faire autour dans la région aussi... Une maison à découvrir...

Wunderbare Tage

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche bei Sebestian und Anna, ein unkomplizierter herzlicher Empfang, sehr hilfsbereite und nette Vermieter. Das Haus liegt abgewand vom Haupthaus, sodass man absolute Privatsphäre hat, hat man eine Frage ist der Ansprechpartner direkt vor Ort. Die Lage etwas außerhalb des Orts ist ideal. Alles was wir für den täglichen Bedarf benötigen innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu erreichen, schöner Markt am Samstag . Wir haben Fahrräder gemietet, die zum Haus gebracht wurden um die wunderschöne Gegend zu erkunden. Poolbereich super , Ausstattung Küche gut, Betten und Bäder perfekt. Das Design sehr geschmackvoll. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr geschmackvolle Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung, ausgesprochen freundliche Vermieter

Das Ferienhaus umgeben von Weinreben, in einem gepflegten Garten mit Mandelbäumen, Obstbäumen und Lavendel, ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders angenehm ist der große beheizte Pool. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefüllt. Leider hatten wir nur 10 Tage Urlaub- viel zu kurz. Eines der schönsten Feriendomizile, die wir bisher gebucht haben.

Fantastic Holiday / Vacation Villa located in the heart of the Vaucluse Wine Country

Our family of four including two teenage boys spent a wonderful week at this lovely villa located amongst the vineyards on the outskirts of the Provençal wine village of Ste Cécile les Vignes in the northern part of the Vaucluse. The villa itself is detached from the owner's main house, with privacy assured, yet it is close by in case one were to need to stop over to ask questions, seek advice, etc., with both the helpful owner and his wife fluent in English for those who do not speak French. The villa is well appointed with modern kitchen appliances and superb bathroom and shower facilities. The photographs on the website are accurate as are the list of amenities. The nearby large swimming pool and spacious cabana were a highlight both during the day as well as night as the area and pool itself are lighted. The charming wine village of Ste Cécile is a quick walk away, and it contains several mini-markets and bakeries, with a weekly outdoor market held Saturday mornings. Larger full sized supermarkets are within a 15 - 20 minute drive away. The village also has several restaurants, again within walking distance, or a short drive away. As this is the heart of the Vaucluse wine country, many activities are wine-related, but we found great hiking trails in the nearby Dentelles de Montmirail around Gigondas; Avignon and its attractions are a 45 minute drive away. All in all, the villa is a superb base for those interested in exploring this part of France while also having the opportunity to unwind and relax by the pool after spending a morning hiking in the scenic Dentelles.
