Wonderful family vacation

Everything about this villa was exceptional! Our driver picked us up and safely transported us to the villa. Upon arrival we were greeted by the amazing staff and refreshments were waiting for us. The accommodations and view were even more spectacular than the pictures. The staff did an amazing job shopping for us, preparing our meals and keeping everything clean and tidy. This was a REAL vacation!!! They were helpful in arranging transport and suggesting excursions. Just a couple of suggestions we have is to invest in some sort of coffee maker. The adults really missed a cup of fresh brewed coffee each day. And there were no toys for our grandson to play with other than the few we brought with us. However, he is 2 and enjoyed pushing the broom around! Thanks again for such a lovely stay at your villa. It was better than we imagined.The Lutz Family

Everything you could imagine and more

This place, is the place of dreams. The villa and pool is bigger in real life than in the pictures. The staff are beyond wonderful and try to make your time truly special. The place is right on the beach! The sunsets every evening over the beach are amazing. So far, my favourite stay in bali. My recommendation, take a walk, get to know the locals, try to learn their language, the balinese are truly beautiful, genuine and trustworthy people.

A truly delightful north Bali retreat

Brongbong Pantai is a tropical paradise in the north of Bali in a secluded location far away from the hustle and bustle of the south.The large, spacious villa delivers everything the photographs promise (actually,the pictures don't do it justice). We were very well looked after by the wonderful staff, and even had the honour and priviledge to be invited to the wedding of our team leader's son - beautiful traditional clothing for seven of us included! We had the misfortune to be ill during our stay and cannot praise the staff highly enough for looking after us; arranging doctor's visits, medication and home made remedies when ear infections and colds struck us all. Hours were spent relaxing in the gentle sea breeze in the beach-side bale; the sea view, lush tropical garden and fragrant white frangipani trees soothed the soul. We hope to return to this little piece of paradise in the future.

Unbelievable villa - pure luxury

Before we even arrived our kids had nicknamed this the 'Heaven Villa' and there is no better name for it! It is even more amazing than the photos. Huge space, bedrooms fantastic, bathrooms heavenly and the outside area and garden was truly wonderful. Spotlessly clean villa and beautiful pool and gardens. And then ontop of all that there are the wonderful staff team headed by Marini. We stayed for 7 nights and ate every night at the villa because the dinners they cooked were amazing. We ended up paying around IDR1.2m (GBP60!!!) for all the food for 6 dinners consisting of two main dishes, plus rice, plus noodles and vegetables. I just can't say enough about how much they made our holiday so unforgettable. After we left all the other meals paled by comparison! In terms of the location of the villa it literally is right on the beach and Marini organised 2 boats to come and pick us up at 6am one morning to go dolphin watching - amazing. We also had massages in the bale almost every day and went on some fantastic trips out including diving at the Menjangan island, Tulamben and also temple viewing and trips to Gitgit waterfalls - all easily accessible and back by early afternoon for more rest and relaxation. In terms of booking the villa, Karen the owner, was fantastic in providing very prompt responses to questions and provided excellent information about the villa prior to our stay. Would wholeheartedly recommend this villa - 100%.

A little taste of paradise

Seven of us spent 11 nights at the beautiful Villa BrongBong in May/June 2023. We all had a wonderful, relaxing time. The staff are attentive, and discrete and do a wonderful job of keeping the villa in tip top shape. The hardest decision for us each day was deciding what food to order and what massages to get. Thank you all so much. Our meals were prepared fresh each day (chosen from a list of Balinese, Indonesian or Euro dishes). We stuck to local dishes which were wonderful. You can drink the water from the machine. The gardens are extensive and very lush providing a private escape from the world. The pool is large and very inviting. Note that the ocean is right at the edge of the property but most of us did not swim in the ocean. Downstairs were three large ensuited bedrooms and upstairs two further bedrooms with their own balcony to watch out to the ocean horizon. Beds were comfortable although firm. There were loads of games and books in the lounge cupboard if you need entertainment. Each day the seaside bale is visited by vendors selling a range of items - most offering reasonable prices - a couple of jewelry sellers in particular - we bought a number of rings from the seller Christian Dior) Be wary of the prices of sarongs as they were over inflated compared to what was on offer in the local market a Lovina (yeah she ripped us off but hey you live and learn). It was super easy to get a driver when required for about 250,000 idr for three hours min.

Ein Traum

Die Villa ist unglaublich schön und groß. Wir (50+) hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort, die uns die sehr lieben Menschen Vorort bereitet haben. Der Pool ist riesig, die Betten sehr bequem. Die Speisen, welche die Mädels uns zubereitet haben,waren immer extrem lecker. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Fantastique

Magnifique maison avec personnel incroyable (dispo, souriant, arrangeant). La maison et sa piscine/jardin sont juste merveilleux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et climatisées (obligatoire vu la chaleur). On se prendrait vite pour des VIP ! Les repas sont agréables et bons. La propreté et le service impeccables. L'emplacement est situé entre Lovina (plage, restaurant et marché) et Pemuteran (snorkling ou plongée) sont toutes les deux à 35 min. Ca pourrait être le petit bémol, car les trajets quoi que peu coûteux s'additionnent malgré tout (coût et temps). Le chauffeur est à votre service (renseignements ou autres). Le soir, il suffit de préparer sa journée du lendemain (repas et activités) et tout s'organise pour vous. Nous avons profité des massages qui sont divins et peu chers. La propriétaire et sa manager sont été à disposition pour faire en sorte que votre séjour soit inoubliable ... et il le fut.

Un séjour magnifique en famille

Je ne peux que conseiller à tout le monde de séjourner dans cette villa. La maison et incroyable, spacieuse, avec un équipement parfait. Une immense piscine, de nombreux endroits pour s'étendre et se relaxer, possibilité de massages tout jours.. La plage pour point de vu constant. Et que dire du staff que je remercie a nouveau (Ayu et les 2 Kadek) d'une gentillesse infinie et toujours au petit soin. Hormis le trajet d'environ 3h30 pour se rendre à villa de l'aéroport (mais qui se fait facilement), une fois sur place le nord nous apporter bien plus de quiétude que le sud. Bref nous reviendrons séjour dans cette villa.

Wij verbleven de laatste vijf dagen van onze reis met zes kinderen in de villa. Het overtrof al onze verwachtingen, het is een waar paradijs. Sfeervolle inrichting, prachtige kamers en badkamers, heerlijk groot zwembad, verschillende zithoeken waaronder een grote hoekbank met uitzicht op zee en de geweldige zonsondergang. De mensen die in dienst zijn bij de villa zijn geweldig, zo gastvrij en behulpzaam. We hebben van de eerste tot en met de laatste seconde genoten.

Verbleven in villa brongbong voor kerst, nieuwjaar en verjaardagsjubileum. Geweldige vakantie. Bali gezien, gerelaxed en feest gevierd. Prachtige plek met mega zwembad. De staff is echt het summum van vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid. De villa is modern met erg veel ruimte en mooi ingericht. Tuin met zwembad aan het strand is ergmooi en goed onderhouden. Heerlijk met een drankje naar de ondergaande zon kijken. Als je goed kijkt kun je de dolfijnen zien springen. Ook transport en uitjes prima geregeld. Wij komen zeker terug.

Amazing experience!!!!

Prior to visiting the villa, Karen and Anik were super responsive to my many emails. They were able to make so many accommodations. Once we arrived in Bali, Putu (our driver arranged by the villa) was waiting for us. Putu throughout the trip was amazing. He suggested so many places to visit and explained the history and culture. It was about a 3 hour drive to the villa. Once we got there is was absolutely jaw dropping. The pictures on HomeAway did not do the property justice. It was amazing. The staff was attentive and helpful. The food they prepared every day was delicious. They prepared local cuisine. We would definitely stay there again, but this time longer!

Ferie i paradis

Vi hadde en fantastisk ferie på Bali. Villaen er utrolig flott - bildene lyver ikke - alt er faktisk enda finere i virkeligheten. Vi våknet opp til en fantastisk utsikt som gjorde at vi trodde vi våknet i Paradis hver morgen. Alt var helt perfekt og levde opp til våre forventninger. Staben var så positive og hjelpsomme - vi endte opp med å spise de fleste måltidene våre i huset da maten var kjempegod. Sjåføren kjørte oss dit vi ville, og vi fikk flere gode tips om severdigheter og ting vi burde gjøre når vi var på Bali. Min familie består av meg, min mann og våre fire ungdommer i alderen 16 til 24 år og alle syntes denne ferien var helt fantastisk.

Beautyfull house

Everything in and around the house is so tastefull and welcoming. We where a group of seven people and the staff did their best to make us feel at home. We would highly recommend the villa to family and friends. It is a very relaxing place, although there is not much to do as the north of bali is very quiet compared to the south. We enjoyed our stay very much thanks to all of you!!

Paradise

The property is amazing with an immaculate garden. Everything is so well maintained. Huge property can fit a large crowd. Amazing, large pool that even has a deep end deeper than 2 meters. Simply a paradise get away. The staff barely spoke English and it was difficult speaking with them. Service was poor unfortunately. I wish the staff would have showed us the property manual early on, we discovered it ourselves and that made things a lot clearer. It would even help if the owners emailed it to us after we reserved the place. It would be nice to have prices on the menu, nothing turned out to be expensive but it would be nice to know how much something is before we buy it. Don't try the spaghetti, it's made with BBQ sauce!

Welcome in Paradise

Zoals de aankondiging van de woning al doet vermoeden, verdient de villa, het personeel en de ligging 5 sterren. Wie van rust houdt en tevens het authentieke Bali wil verkennen, is deze villa een uitstekende plaats om in te vertoeven. Een aanrader voor wie de luxe van deze villa wil combineren met de schoonheid van Bali.

Wow: wat een heerlijk plekje !

Wat een geweldige plek ! Hier klopt echt alles. Prachtige villa met uiterst vriendelijk en goudeerlijk personeel dat er voor zorgt dat het je aan niets ontbreekt. Heerlijk zwembad en mooie tuin. De omgeving biedt voldoende mogelijkheden om het echte Bali te leren kennen. De vooraf met Karin gemaakte afspraken zijn 100% nagekomen, en ook ter plaatse regelt Marina (de villamanager) je wensen snel en efficiënt. Tips ?: geniet van een massage van Ami, maak een trekking met Artana (Mayong) en geniet van de kookkunsten van Ayu. Dankjewel allemaal !
