I thought the house was a single family home, until we arrived to find out the lower flat was the VBRO rental and the owner lived upstairs. Great view of the great Smoky Mountains from the patio! Not easy driving in the mountains. We did have perfect weather, great time of year to visit Sylva.

I am so very glad you enjoyed the amazing view. Yes, the listing states, it is a large home that was converted to a duplex, with separate drives, patios and total privacy. Currently, the other duplex is not occupied.

Host was extremely welcoming and even had a welcome basket for us and our fur baby! Excellent location and would definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Lisa's place is absolutely gorgeous to stay at! Lisa is a wonderful host! The views are amazing! Very safe and comfortable. Easy to get to! She adds special touches to make you feel right at home.

Outstanding location and view. The property was easily accessible and close to town, but still secluded enough for privacy. The house was very clean and the dog treats were a nice surprise for our pups. We will definitely return in the near future

We really enjoyed our stay. Lisa's Place was easy to find and the instructions provided were very clear. We appreciate how well equipped the accommodations were, especially the kitchen with plenty of cookware and utensils. We did not lack for anything. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Getaway

Had a wonderful weekend getaway. Property was clean, and cozy. Host provided all our needs and a very nice snack basket for us and our pet. View was amazing as well.

Great Little Place

The house was clean and well appointed. Communication was clear and the whole booking was a breeze. Restaurants and things to do were not too far a drive from here. We also appreciated the dog treats for the dogs upon arrival. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Lisa.

Convenient to town, great view, comfortable home

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and the owner had thought of everything we needed for our stay. Even chocolate on our pillows when we arrived. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the view was beautiful! We will stay here again.

Sweet stay in Sylva

Great location in a quiet area and a beautiful view! Home is well kept and a short drive to Bryson City. We also drove to Whitewater Falls about 1 hour south. We’ll stay again soon!

Great Place!

It was spacious and wonderful with a great view. This place is even perfect for someone with mobility issues, all one level. We loved it and so did our dog! Will definitely go back.

Mountain Breeze was wonderful!

Lisa has a wonderful place to stay and has thought of everything you could need! The attention to detail was exquisite. I will definitely plan another stay as it was so easy to get to food, Harrahs, and the Tuckaseegee Gorge where I like to kayak.

Great rental!

I don't leave reviews often. This rental was great! The location was good, the king bed was amazingly comfortable, the views were breathtaking, the rental was VERY quiet.
