Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Six week stay. New TV set needs some operating directions. Two different Internet passwords on check in paperwork paperwork were both incorrect. Had I not stayed here previously I wouldn't known correct one. A king sized bed would be an improvement. Location is great and the house is cozy and comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the beach cottage was excellent, the staff was helpful, and the house had potential; however, it was very dirty. There was mold and mildew on windows and in bathrooms, bathroom sink did not drain well, dishes and utensils had to be washed before we could use, sleeper sofa literally had to be swept off in order to use, thick dust in some areas, lots of bugs, mouse traps in kitchen cupboards. The entire place needed to be deep cleaned, fumigated, and disinfected. It's really unacceptable to charge a cleaning fee when renting a place in this condition. There is no way it is being cleaned on a regular basis, and I've never rented anything in this state before. It should not be rented to anyone until properly cleaned.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property, in an excellent location and with a great layout, needs an update, especially for the kitchen and bathrooms. Fresh paint inside medicine cabinet downstairs, and along window sills in downstairs bedroom. The Queen bed upstairs was not comfortable. I would recommend it to a friend with a warning about the condition.
