Sorry for your problem with the bathroom light. The switches for that light and all other lights in the bathroom are located at the bathroom door on the outside door molding as you enter the bathroom. We are sorry that Hidden Secrets did not meet your expectations. In the 10 year year period since we have been offering this property on VRBO , this is the first time any guest has found the home to be restrictively small or that the bed was uncomfortable. The home is located at a 3,500 foot elevation and the high daily temperature recorded during your booking period was 78 degrees with a nightly recorded low temperature of 68 degrees. The unit is highly insulated and equiped w Hunter Ceiling fans for air circulation Most of our previous guests report that they use a light sheet when they actually open the windows during the very cool mountain nights. These wonderful summertime temperatures are one of the main reasons that the " High Country" is a welcome escape for most. Unfortunately many of us have become so adapted to ever present air conditioning that we have forgotten the the most pleasant and economical form of air conditioning can be easily obtained by simply opening a window. Again, we are dissapointed that you were unhappy as we take great pride in providing our many guests , both new and repeat, with a wonderful stay in our mountain homes.
