Quiet place near the Airport and Sacramento proper

Nice place

This place suited our needs nicely. For the most part the place was clean. The actual location is kind of funky, but once you figure it out it’s pretty easy to access. The only complaint I have is the lighting in the master bed/bath/closet. Totally inadequate.

Natomas Stay

We had to be out of our Natomas home while new floors were being installed and this home worked great for us. Did have some trouble getting the tvs to work and never got the loft tv working.The unit is well equipped and comfortable.

Beautiful home and Lots of Rules & Regulations

Pros: location to airport is optimal Home is clean & beautiful Kitchen has essential items Toilet paper & paper towels are provided Essential items were provided Response time from owner was quick Cons: Lots of hoops to go through in renting property be sure to read through their listing. We asked for an early check in by an hour and a half and was told no due to a holiday and that the cleaners would be there cleaning. Got code for home at exactly 4:00pm Home is a part of a complex where garages all are in a courtyard. No room for parking and garage door didn’t work. Plenty of street parking near front door of home. We were in need of a home and this was one of the only ones available. We were appreciative to have a home to stay in but the rules and regulations added stress to our stay.

Not particularly clean, had a noticeable aroma.

Not particularly clean. The trashcan in particular had gross food stuff underneath the bag when I removed it that I had to clean off - no idea how this was missed by whoever cleans between stays. Lots of the furniture was beat up. Various dishes not particularly clean. Floors were dusty, had to walk around in socks because I could feel dust on my feet. We brought over a handheld vacuum and I'm pretty sure by the time we left it was cleaner than when we got there. Various outlets didn't hold plugs, various lights didn't work. Host was nice and responsive. Garage door also didn't work so we couldn't park in the garage.

Nice little property, but needs some TLC

Stayed here for the weekend with my wife and a couple of friends for Aftershock Festival. Great location, spacious, and in a nice neighborhood, but this property needs some TLC. Just about every outlet in the house is so loose that anything you plug into it just falls right out of place. We were propping up our phone chargers with pillows so they would charge overnight. Master bathroom plugs are a HUGE hazard. There are no GFCI’s in the master bathroom, with this home being a relatively new construction I have no idea how this passed inspection. Standard outlet 2 feet from a bathtub is a liability waiting to happen. Seriously - correct this ASAP. Water pressure for the showers here also leaves a lot to be desired. AC is extremely loud. I get it, it is what it is, but it’s rattles the whole house. Nice little house, I’d stay here again, but a maintenance crew needs to spend a day here.

Nice house

We were scheduled to stay at a different property from the same owner. At the last minute there was some issue with the original house scheduled. While we appreciated being moved because it was last minute, it was more challenging for us because we were 10 miles further away then we planned. The house was nice and clean. And again, we had a place to stay. Overall, I would recommend staying there.

Excellent location and perfect for our doggos, too!

The home is exactly as shown on VRBO...close to the freeways that you need to get around, but not noisy. Two-storied floor plan with a lovely lounge between bedrooms upstairs. New appliances, comfy furniture, everything. you need to make your stay easy and convenient.

Great stay, cool place, conveniently close to everything

Very nice place! Decor was neat and professional, like a model home. It was clean and cozy, nice furnishings. The higher-end washer and dryer came in handy since we like to wash linens ourselves before we use them. Very pet friendly! We ran into a long check in delay due to massive T-Mobile outages which caused some inconvenience, but Teya reached out to us directly as soon as she could and got things taken care of. No fault on her for that, and we appreciated the personal touch. She was very kind and empathetic about our situation with our pet who was there for cancer treatments at UC Davis. Thank you Teya! One suggestion for anyone staying here would be to park outside the front door instead of inside the garage after you've unpacked. We were blocked from pulling into the garage twice while we were there, luckily we were never blocked in. Parking on the street was pretty convenient as well. Everything was close by, and the route to the grocery stores was nice at sunset. Would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially if you're traveling with a pet!
