16 Feb 26 Gail: Firstly , I am sorry that you did not have a good experience in my condo. 1. Water pressure: This is the first time I have had a complaint about the water. It is VA Beach City water. There could have been a temporary lack of pressure due to the severe weather. 2. TV's. The problem is not with the TV"s but with Cox Cable and Internet. Our condo association has just recently signed on with Verizon Fios for both internet and cable. Notwithstanding that your complaint about the TV's is the first, I have purchased 3 Samsung 65" smart TV's which will be installed this weekend. 3. Pool closure. I apologize about not advising you about the pool work. I should have. 4. Roaches in the Dishwasher. This is most surprising as this has not been a problem and the unit is pest treated periodically. 5. I will check with the condo association about the elevator problems. They were completely rebuilt about 2 years ago with no complaints since. 6. Glad you were able to watch the Super Bowl in the lobby. I will let the condo board know about your complaint of the lobby being cold. We did have very severe cold weather. Not sure what the problem was and will say, I have never had a complaint about the lobby being too cold or too hot. Very sorry about that. Again very sorry for the problems you had. Howard

Thanks, also. letting me know about the small leak in the master bath. It was a loose bolt on the toilet tank which my manager corrected. I plan to go down tomorrow night to check things out and because of the nice weather. That is if I do not get a last minute booking! Please visit again, Howard

Not sure why the pool was closed. I do know there is some planned upgrades on the pool but they should have let the owners know when those upgrades are to occur. 30 August 25 Alexander: Thanks for taking the time to write a review and offer ways guests can have a more enjoyable experience. With regard to smoking, the condo board has prohibited smoking on balconies and common areas, but owners and guests as well continue to smoke on there. Owners know better but guests may think that smoking on the balconies is better than in the unit. It is an ongoing problem.
