Plenty of space for our extended family of 4 adult couples plus 4 teenagers and 2 younger kids. Gave the teens the whole basement living area which has a king bedroom, a small bunk room with 2 bunk beds, a large shared bathroom, a living area with couch and TV, and a kitchenette. The basement also has its own door to the front steps, so teens could come and go from the beach easily. The main floor has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a large dining area, a very comfortable living room, a half-bath, and a queen ensuite bedroom (i.e. bedroom w/ private bath) off to the side. The deck off the main floor has a glimpse of a lake view and was a lovely quiet place to hang out in the mornings and evenings. Upper level has 2 large ensuite bedrooms (one king, one queen), a large bunk room with 2 bunk beds, and a full bathroom in the hall. The location was perfect.... just a short walk to the public beach access road, and in the other direction a slightly longer walk (or short bike ride) to Washington Park where there is a small zoo and a water park. We had other family members staying in Beachwalk Resort down the road, and we quickly decided that our house had the much more convenient location and a nicer beach! Many beach accessories are provided: a slew of very posh comfortable beach chairs (with backpack-type shoulder straps for hands-free carrying), many beach towels, and a small selection of beach games & toys. We did have a couple of small issues during our stay, and were very impressed by how responsive the owner was - repairs were arranged and executed within hours. Only caution I would note is that the property is situated on a hill so there are many steps from the street to the house. There is a back lot as well which can fit 2-3 cars, and there are fewer steps coming in that way, but they are somewhat uneven.... this was not a problem at all for our group, but could be a problem for anyone who has a lot of trouble navigating stairs so thought I should mention it.
