What a dreamy time this was with our large family. We have many young children and this beach house was a dream. What I wish it would have said was that while yes it was luxury, it was also homey and easy to relax in. The flooring was AWESOME for a beach house and easy to keep up with with my little ones. The shade that was provided in the morning for them to play in the sand was dreamy. It was a walk to the beach but a good one. Absolutely loved it here and we certainly feel we got our moneys worth with the location. Great sushi and seafood nearby. But away from crowds. Just dreamy.

This home doesn’t disappoint! Beautiful home with so much space and all the amenities. Well equipped kitchens, super comfy beds, The location is perfect- right on the beach- with 3 outside areas to sit, eat, recline. Restaurants, stores, bars, entertainment in walking distance! Owner was quick to respond to calls/texts/emails before, during and after our visit. Best place we ever rented and hope to go back!

Great beach visit

Enjoyed our downtime, great location and fantastic beach weather for winter. House was good for us and our three twenty something kids, easily could’ve added some friends. Property manager is super responsive and helpful.

This is an amazing property with beautiful ocean and sunset views. It was extremely comfortable and peaceful. It was clean and inviting. There were 10 in my group and we had plenty of space. It was easy to communicate with the host who provided prompt responses. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property for a relaxing get away.

Amazing property location, even for it being a 2 unit house. It was nice to have 2 fridges, coffee makers, twice as many dishes and cookware, many bathrooms to choose from, washer and dryer easily accessible in both units, etc etc. Really nice to have the downstairs unit because was perfect to separate the kids so they can sleep. Super quiet too. It also made it easier access for bathroom runs when out on the beach. I loved how the house provided all beach accessories and needs. From toys, to kites, boards, umbrellas and even chairs. The host is lovely, sweet and eager to please. Rita gave great easy check in and check out info. Thank you for the wonderful memories we will never forget. Thank you Rita-Jessica and Family!

Great Beach House

We travel every year to a beach property in California with our family. This property is located on a quiet part of the beach. Even though we stayed in July, we literally had the beach to ourselves. Our family members commented that this house was in the best condition of any beach house that we have stayed at. I would recommend this house to anyone. My dealings with Rita were excellent.

Great place to stay

We had a great time. House is beautiful. View is great. We had our daughter’s 13th birthday there. It was an all girl birthday party. I was the only adult who stayed with nine teenagers (12-14 ages). My husband stopped by to help with chores and left at night. Anything you need the house had it. The house owner Rita was super available anytime I had a question. Thank you Rita for making us to build wonderful memories at your house. My daughter found this place and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Property and Location

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was a perfect weekend getaway for my family and friends. The location is perfect, right on the beach. The house was decorated so cute and was so clean. The only confusion I had when I arrived was that the property is a duplex. There are actually 2 separate units. The listing does not mention that it is, so it was a bit confusing. This did not end up being a problem, however, and worked out well. I would definitely recommend this property and would come back again!

Wonderful beach house

This house was stunning. The pictures don't lie. The house is directly on the beach and has its own little seating area on the sand. The water itself isn't very far away even thought it looks kind of far in the pictures. I can confidently say that me and the group I went with had no complaints of the property. The owner Rita was also very quick to answer any questions I had about the house and area the house was located in. The simple check in along with the simple check out instructions were so nice and private. Didn't have to do anything complicated. The price was worth every cent and I would definitely stay there again.
