Excellent condo!

This condo was a great place to stay! It has all the amenities you need and it’s definitely a home away from home. It’s also close to the boat ramps, which is a plus for us since we are always taking our boat with us when traveling to the coast. It’s secure and in a gated neighborhood. Close to restaurants and just a ferry ride to Port Aransas. Don’t hesitate to book this place for your next stay!

Everything was good. Bathrooms, Bedrooms, living room and kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. My parents loved it and so did my girls. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Comfortable, quiet, well maintained home for our stay in Aransas Pass. The location worked perfectly for us as it was near our favorite fishing spots. Also near some delicious restaurants and grocery store.

Over all review of stay

Over all the place where we stayed was quite and loved the gated entrance to the property. Only concern was the place Had a smell that we could not figure where it came from came from. Loved the sentsey pot this helped. We loved the stay and would stay again.

Family Vacation

House was very clean and cozy. Nice gated and friendly neighborhood. Spent nice quiet evenings on the porch after spending days on the beach.

Good please for 2 couples

Properly location was great! Loved it was gated but the gates are finicky. Properly management needs to look at a new cleaning company. They left a 1/2 eaten pizza & drinks in the fridge & wet solo cups on the counter. Other than that everything was great! We would stay here if they could guarantee the kitchen was clean. Also the recliner was broke, needs to be replaced.

Excellent Stay!

This cute home was clean, spacious and very peaceful, and quiet! We were there only for a couple of days, a quick getaway. The beach is not far, maybe 15-minute drive via the Ferry (which is free). You also have the option to go to the beach via Corpus Christi (which is about 20 mn away) if you want to avoid the ferry trip. All in all, Aransas Pass is a lovely quiet town, with relatively close beach access from the property. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Stayed two days at coast for fishing trip. Home was clean and safe with a gated community. We had enough room for boat storage. Would recommend this property.

Great Home Great Location

Great house, great location, quiet neighborhood, clean and family friendly. Ample boat parking. Minimal thru traffic, felt comfortable leaving the boat while spending a day at the beach. Will definitely book this home again in the future.

Our stay was comfortable and convenient to every place we wanted to visit: Corpus, Rockport, and Port Aransas. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions. Looking forward to staying here in our future trips to the coast.
