Thanksgiving Trip

Great house with a great location, right on the beach. Can easily walk to pier park and an easy drive to most restaurants and shops. House was clean and as described. It was perfect for our family and very convenient have a second living room upstairs with the other 4 bedrooms.

Ideal beach house

If you love staying at the beach with the beach an ocean as your backyard, this is the place for you. Perfect house for large family and get together for friends.

Great Place to stay

This was a great place to stay with a group of friends. Everything from the booking process to checking out was great. The house itself was in a good location and was in good shape. It had beach chairs for us to use a long with a cooler. We will definitely choose this house again when we return to PCB.

Great house for family

House was clean and ready for us as we arrived. Any issues we had like slow drain or ice maker someone was a there promptly to make repair. The house is older and has been nicely updated. It is perfect for a family with all ages. Open plan with a great deck and easy access to the beach. This was our second time to stay here and we hope to stay here many times in the future!

This was very conveniently located to Pier Park

Was a wonderfully maintained house. Needed a little maintenance and they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Would definitely rent again!

Great Location!

The house was perfect for our large group and you could not beat the walk to the beach. We could also walk to the pier! We really enjoyed our stay. The original listing said there was a pool but upon arrival we realized there was not a pool. We did mention this to the manager and they responded quickly, apologized and said they would ensure the listing was updated.

A perfect beach house experience

We absolutely loved this house .we loved the location and the neighbors were wonderful.Beach is so close and loved the homes floor plan . We have no complaints All was a blessing to us .

Great family and friends getaway

We had a great time. The view was amazing and we even had a sea turtle lay her eggs in front of the house while we were there. The rooms were all a nice size and we enjoyed the open floor plan of the kitchen, den and eating area. The only negative I would say is there were several broken and cracked chairs on the deck.

Stunning and super clean!

We rented this house for our family to stay while visiting my mom who lives in Southport, for a pre Thanksgiving dinner. What a view we had as a backdrop to our celebration!! The only other comment future renters need to be aware of...BYOPH (bring your own pot holders)! A little piece of Heaven here otherwise!!

Beach House

House layout, location and beach access were awesome. House needs some TLC. As noted in previous reviews; needs a grill, cooking utensils. Some cabinet doors were off the hinges and a hole in the bedroom door upstairs.

Nice house

We enjoyed our stay could have had a better cleaning prior to check-in but overall the house was nice! The beds are not comfortable at all but we still enjoyed our vacation! Beautiful ocean views easy access to beach, pier park, and restaurants! The bush out front could use a trim to help with leaving the driveway safely so you can see traffic.

Location, location, location

Great location. Within walking distance to Pier Park, steps from the beach, etc. Only negative is we had 20 people staying here and one of the refrigerators didn’t work. We called on the 2nd day there and let them know but it was never resolved. Someone did come out to check it but it was never fixed. Kinda disappointing.

Beautiful view from the deck

We loved most aspects of the house. The deck is great. On the days it was cool on the beach we were able to enjoy sitting on the deck looking out onto the beach. We loved being a 5 minute walk to multiple restaurants. The house was clean. However, it's greatest asset is also the area of concern. The house sits right on Beach Front Road and for someone who is a "lite sleeper" (like myself) the road noise in the front 4 bedrooms could be an issue. If you are lite sleeper you should take some earplugs and a sound machine. With that said, we would definitely rent this house again.

Family vacation was a huge success!

We loved the house. It was very welcoming and accommodating for our group of 12. Master bedroom was a nice layout. Water pressure was awesome. Kitchen is perfect for all of to gather. Pros: stand alone ice maker, floor to ceiling windows allows for fantastic views, couches very comfortable, private beach entrance always a plus. Cons: had to unstop sink in master bath, had to empty vacuum from previous guests, guests stated upstairs beds are very creaky and disrupted sleep, found the road noise to be a nuisance when in master bedroom. Suggestions: provide a squeegee to clean windows to optimize view and maybe better cookware. We very much enjoyed our stay which made it worth the steep rental cost.

Great Family House

The is a great house for a family. The house has been updated and is close to the ocean for easy beach day. The front decking and large kitchen and living area are great for large family gatherings. The only reason it was four stars instead of five is that there were some cleanliness issues upon check in. The house had been superficially straightened and cleaned. But was in need of a deep cleaning. For example: dirty oven and frigerator, shower and tub mold issues, and extreme dust under furniture. We would likely rent this unit again. Hopefully these issues would be resolved by then.
