The place was AMAZING!!! The host was super responsive and accommodating. We had a 5-star stay through and through! This is definitely a must stay, close to the center of Flagler Beach and an unbelievable view and house!

If you're looking for the best home away from home, this home is what you're looking for. I booked this home to accommodate 14 family members who traveled to Palm Coast for a long weekend visit. This home far exceeded our expectations for a vacation rental home. The owners equipped this home with everything you need for your stay. They truly thought of everything. The home is very neat and clean. All of the guests were able to sleep very comfortably. I personally appreciated that in each guestroom, it was a queen or king size bed to accommodate 14 adults. The sounds of the ocean waves during the night was very calming. The "hot tub" & outdoor kitchen added another nice touch!!! You have two ocean front balcony views. In a three story home, using steps is always good for a workout, however, when you have the convenience of an "elevator" in your vacation home - It's the best. It made unloading & loading a breeze. Home is very close to restaurants. The best part of any stay are the owners support. They were "amazing"!!! Barry & Corrine are A!! They were helpful from the time we booked until our exit. They have binders of clear instructions on all floors. I can not say enough about our stay!!! THIS IS THE HOME you want to rent if staying on Flagler Beach. It will be my go to home future forward!! Thank you Barry & Corrine for sharing your home with my family.

The rental was a beautiful, very clean, and well maintained three story home with an elevator, which was a huge help. The beach entrance was right across the street. The home was located close to the pier, but not too close. We were also within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The owners were available whenever texted, and the rules were clear and customary. I would definitely recommend this vacation home.

Great property! Terrific views! Relaxed atmosphere!

Second time staying here for our annual work trip. The house was, again, perfect . Everything was great! It’s away from Daytona so it’s easy to relax. The beach view from the deck is amazing. The host was super accommodating, as always. We will be booking this again next year!

Best way to end the year and bring in a new one!

This property and location was an ideal pick for our group of 8 adults (4 couples). We walked to restaurants or cooked at the house. The patio/balcony turned out to be the perfect viewing spot for the New Year's fireworks display from the pier!The elevator was a real asset for one of our group who has trouble with stairs and it helped with moving luggage.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house!

Exceeds Expectations

We traveled to Florida as a group of families. The entire process was easy and thorough - communication was easy. When I had a question, it was answered immediately. We were exited about the house, but were blown away at truly how perfect it was for our group. It was clean and spacious - we spent a lot of time just relaxing. The teenagers could go across the street to the beach and we could keep an eye on them from the balcony. The community itself was also part of the charm - many places to eat within walking distance. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Barry and Corinne are the owners of this property. This is the second Vacation Rental that we have owned and maintained. We have had a great track record with many happy repeat customers. Barry , a Home Builder of 40 years, tried to take everything into consideration in designing and building this vacation home. Our last home had a pool but since space was
an issue, we have included a large hot tub for out guest to enjoy. We want our guest to enjoy the home as we will. Our goal is to have happy returning guest for years to come.
The two reside in Orange Park Florida and own and operate Poimboeuf Homes Inc, 1560 Wells Road, Orange Park, 904 278 2822 or 904 571 1057. Poimboeufhomes.com. We are always a phone call away or one hour drive if there is a problem.

Publix grocery store 1 1/2 mile away. 20 minutes to Daytona Beach, 35 minutes from St. Augustine, 1 hour 15 minutes to Disney. Flagler Beach is a quaint little beach town with an awesome view and a lot of charm.
