Beautiful apartment near lac de Tignes

Second floor of a beautiful chalet close to the Lac de Tignes with exceptional mountain views. The apartment is exceptionally well-designed, fully equipped, and very comfortable.

Very nice ski visit

We had a very nice ski vacation. The layout of the apartment was very good for our group of four and everything was as described. Very good and helpful communication from the owner. We look forward to returning!

Great Apartment in Tignes

We stayed here for a week in September with 4 adults and 1 baby. The apartment is well furnished with all that you need for a comfortable stay. I really enjoyed the location, which appears to be one of the few places in Tignes that is quiet and isolated enough from the big high rises to be comfortable but still walking distance from services. I found many running trails with >600 m climbs accessible from the front door. Although the listing didn't advertise it, we were happy to find a crib for the baby. There is no high chair (which is consistent with the listing). Parking was easy.

Bright spacious airy apartment in small quiet area

Spent a fabulous 4 weeks during the summer, enjoying the views from the large balcony on hot days and walking the many routes that are easily accessible from the apartment. Chalet du golf is located in a lovely quiet area of Tignes in the Chartreaux area just below Val Clare. The 2 bedrooms are of a decent size, 1 with a double bed and the other with twin beds. on the mezzane level just a few steps down from the twin bedroom there is also a single bed with a further pull out bed underneath it. Duvets are provided along with pillows, but no linen. It is possible to sleep 6 to possible 8 people with 2 on the sofa bed in the lounge, but better with just 4 or 5 if you want to enjoy the space. there is a shower room with a loo and the bathroom has a bath and a sink. Every room has a window with views either over the lake or out to the mountains all around. The kitchen is small but very well equipped and even has a washing machine as well as a dishwasher. There is plenty of storage with a cupboard on the landing outside the front door to the apartment, 1 inside the apartment and a ski storage locker downstairs by the front door to the residence. You can ski back to the chalet if the snow is right and the skier is able enough. there is a short walk of approximately 200m to the free bus stop at the end of the dead end road that leads to the chalet. We are going back again this winter as we loved the location so much,as it gives us the option to go into Lac or Val C.

Gemütliche Unterkunft in einem perfekten Skigebiet

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Tignes. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und liegt auch sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappte problemlos. Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und empfehlenswert

Un panorama à couper le souffle

Nous sommes venu séjourner en Août dans ce bel appartement avec une vue à 360° niché au milieu des montagnes. Le lieu est très calme et proche de toutes commodités Entre la Val Claret et le Lavachet le chalet est idéalement situé. L'appartement est très bien agencé avec tous le nécessaire souhaité. La propriétaire est très réactive est a su répondre à chacune de nos questions. Je recommande vivement cette adresse pour passer d'agréable vacances en famille.

Emplacement idéal entre Tignes le lac et Val Claret a 10 min a pied de l'un ou l'autre. Appartement très bien agencé et parfaitement équipé avec vue dégagée sur les montagnes. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Je recommande !

Excellent sejour

L’appartement bénéficie d’un emplacement privilégié et d’une superbe vue, l’équipement est complet, nous n’avons manqué de rien ( verres, vaisselle, ustensiles) dans un petit chalet au voisinage paisible. les propriétaires sont charmants et soucieux du bien être de leur locataires. L’appartement est situé au dessus du lac à égale distance de Tignes le lac et val claret en navette ou à pied, Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et reviendrons dès que possible !

Excellent apartment - Would definitely visit again

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is newly renovated, is very clean, and has good views of the surrounding mountains. The layout features clever use of space and it felt very spacious. The location suited our needs perfectly - We wanted walkable access to the ski lifts (10-15 mins) while staying in a peaceful spot away from the built up areas and noisy crowds. The shuttle bus was available but we just preferred the walk. The owner was a prompt communicator and provided good advice for our stay. We would very happily return.

Bel appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne, le lac et les ballades de chien de traîneau

L appartement est bien fourni en couchages confortables. Il est globalement bien équipé. L endroit est calme. Seul petit bémol, la distance pour amener les enfants à l école de ski. Par contre, il est possible de faire de la luge derrière le chalet...tres pratique. Tres bon sejour.

Appartement très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour d'une semaine début mars (5 adultes). Bel Appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Une chambre avec lit double, une chambre avec deux lits simples (accès via un escalier sur la mezzanine), un lit simple tirroir sur la mezannine et dans le salon un canapé lit convertible. Une salle de bain avec évier et une salle de douche avec toilette. Le disposition de l'appartement est original par rapport à ce que l'on trouve habituellement en station. Ce qui permet à chacun de trouver et de garder un peu d'intimité. L'appartement est au calme, tout en restant très proche du centre de la station. Navette pour accéder aux remontées mécaniques (val claret ou lavachet) au bout de la rue ( 5 minutes à pieds avec les chaussures de ski aux pieds ;-) ). Val claret est à 8 minutes à pieds par le sentier le long de la route ou bien par le sentier qui traverse la piste des chiens de traineaux, parfait pour une balade digestive après une petite fondue ;-). Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

Noël 2015

Nous avons passé la semaine de Noël en famille (6 adultes + 1 enfant -18 mois). Bel Appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé - bel espace pour les couchages - 2 grandes chambres et mezzanine + salon , nous étions très à l'aise. (Correspond bien à l'annonce). L'appartement est bien situé et calme. Une vue magnifique sur le lac gelé et le village, on voit les chiens de traîneau passés devant le chalet. Navette pour accéder à la station de ski proche du chalet et superbes ballades à faire pour les non adeptes du ski. Nuit St Sylvestre : village animé et beau feu d'artifice !! Nous recommandons cet appartement car de notre côté nous pensons déjà y retourner. Nous avons également eu la chance de rencontrer Mme DUPLANIL .

Très bien !

Nous avons été ravis de cette location : spacieuse, propre, calme, lumineuse et très bien équipée. Aucun problème à rester à l'intérieur par mauvais temps (ce qui nous est arrivé à deux couples avec 3 enfants) ce qui est précieux à la montagne. Les propriétaires ont visiblement tenu compte des premiers commentaires car l'appartement est très bien équipé : lave vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, machine à laver sèche linge, télévision, internet et wifi, literie neuve et de qualité (on y dort très bien !), 1 salle de bains et une salle de douche, beaucoup de vaisselle et de rangements intérieurs et extérieurs. 2 vraies chambres + 1 chambre ouverte en mezzanine (au dessus du salon). La chambre "parentale" permet de dormir avec un lit parapluie (neuf) qui nous a été mis à disposition par les propriétaires. Superbe chambre en mezzanine avec vue sur le lac que les enfants ont adoré. La chambre en mezzanine manque peut-être d'un rangement. L'appartement n'est pas au pied des pistes mais un service de navette permet d'aller au val claret ou à Tignes le Lac assez facilement (navettes toutes les dix minutes environ). En résumé, très bonne adresse que nous recommandons chaudement ! Nous avons hâte d'y retourner l'année prochaine !

Bel appartement dans chalet au bord du lac

Nous avons été les 1ers nouveaux locataires de ce très bel appartement, très spacieux, ce qui est appréciable pour une location au ski. Certes quelques aménagements à parfaire, mais cette location est très fonctionnelle : salle de bain + douche très appréciables, équipement ménager complet (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver / sèche linge). La vue est très belle avec le grand balcon. Navettes toutes les 15 mn qui relient à Tignes le Lac ou Val Claret, à 8mn à pied du chalet.

la description de la location n'était pas assez précise la location était propre je ne recommanderais pas cette location à des amis j'ai apprécié le domaine skiable que je connaissais déjà!
