Celebrating retirement!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four night visit celebrating the retirement of two owners of our business. We had a great stay. The Property Management Group, was very professional and kept us informed of the whole process of the rental and had great suggestions for our dinning and entertainment. Would stay here again and use the management group again as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home is very clean and as advertised--a bit outdated but that is not a problem since we spent most of our time at the beach. Some doors and the trash compactor need TLC. Plenty of dishes and glasses for our group. Georgia Coast Realty a pleasure to work with. Will rent again!

Good Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best thing about this house is that its location is on 7th street and close to all the Cloister amenities. Although the property is well maintained and good size, it is poorly designed and has not been updated in decades. I'm pretty sure it still has the original bedspreads,curtains, and rugs from the 1970s. The large great room (the biggest room in the house has no tv in it and a chair that literally has no legs) the only place to hang out and watch tv or relax, especially with kids, is in a tiny area behind the kitchen. And the tv in the armoire in the master bedroom is so far off to one side you can't see it either. I would not rent this house again due to poor interior layout and lack of upgrades for even the minimum modern upgrades.
