Our party of six friends were so impressed with the beauty of this property! Gourmet kitchen with supplies galore, beautiful bedrooms with their own bathrooms, expansive areas to retreat and relax, beautiful pool and hot tub, supplies for your every need, and an extra bonus of access to an amazing athletic club nearby. Our host, Andy, is so kind and thoughtful and so attentive to all our needs. A must stay if you are visiting Kauai!!!

Look no further! I have stayed in several rentals and this one by a LONG SHOT is the best rental ever! The house was SPOTLESS, so well stocked that honestly there was nothing else needed that they didn’t supply! The communication by the hosts was off the charts amazing! Andy is one of a kind and so helpful! I would give a 100% recommendation for anyone to stay here. We will DEFINITELY be back! Please don’t search for another rental. Just stay at this one! You will not be disappointed!

Our stay at Ho’ohu Nani was nothing short of extraordinary. Bringing three generations of our family together under one roof made for a truly unforgettable holiday.The location is ideal—just a short walk to three stunning beaches—and the home itself is beautifully designed, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. Every detail seemed carefully considered, with amenities that made the experience equally enjoyable for grandparents, parents, and grandchildren alike.We spent our days enjoying the pool, unwinding in the hot tub, and sharing plenty of laughs over croquet and table tennis. It was the perfect setting for both relaxation and family fun.Andy was an exceptional host—warm, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. This was the absolute best Kauai VRBO experience! Andy is such an accommodating host and provided great information to have the best possible vacation. The home is spacious and provided plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 children. It is a quick walk away from two beaches and there was plenty of beach gear provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, bodyboards, etc.) The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies. We will be recommending Andy's home to anyone looking to stay on this side of the island.

Beautiful home for 8 guests & maybe 2 more: 4 large bedrooms, each with ensuite bath in pristine condition. Another two 1/2 baths/powder rooms, one on each floor. Each full bath included plenty of lucious towels and quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner, Spacious kitchen/eating area: 7 seats at the counter and 8 seats at the dining table - all open to spacious living area.. Fabulous swimming pool (solar heated) and gas-heated in-ground connected spa. Everything was provided including beach towels, lounge chairs, grill, outdoor table, water toys, ping pong table... You can't go wrong. Top of the line kitchen and cookware, including coffee maker, coffee grinder (thanks, as I forgot mine), starter supply of Kauai Coffee beans, and every utensil you'd ever need. Don't miss it: Koi pond at front entrance, exquisite, private landscaping, Oh, and if you're going to the beach, there's a good supply of beach chairs, sand umbrellas and other assorted beach supplies. This home was exceptional and had more than everything we needed! We thoroughly loved being able to walk to the beaches and there were boogie boards, sand chairs, wagon and anything and everything we wanted!Our times in the pool and playing yard games was over the moon!This home was perfect for us with plenty of room for everyone!Andy, our host, was delightful, thoughtful and readily available to us!We cannot wait to stay at this perfect home again!

We had a group of 9 (4 kids) and we had the best time! The house was perfect for our mixed group and the kids did not want to ever leave the pool! The house was nicely stocked with some essentials and necessities, especially the kitchen. I would say it was one of the best stocked properties I have ever stayed at. Andy was an amazing host from beginning to end. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Endless amenities throughout. The house was well designed, open yet private. We were able to see the sunrise and set and whale watch. The proximity to the beach was a short walk and a must to see the turtles and monk seals. Our stay was magical!

Everything stood out!Without a doubt it tops all vacation rentals we’ve ever had! The facilities were superb.Never had a host care more about wanting to make sure their client had a great vacation!!Our flight from Seattle was delayed by 4 hours and did not get to our unit till about 1:00 AM.Before our flight left Andy went the extra mile to ensure we’d have all the information and necessities we’d need to start our vacation the next day! 10 out of 10 in all areas!Thank you Andy & Christine!!

Property is in excellent conditions and comes with so many extras that are too numerous to mention. The host was easily accessible and simply a great guy. This property was fantastic! Our host Andy was exceptional, he was so accommodating and responsive. We had treats and fresh flowers on our arrival which was such a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. He really makes you feel welcome. The house had an abundance of towels, beach items, kitchenware and just everything you need for a very enjoyable and worry free stay. We loved the pool area and hot tub and everything was very clean. It’s also in a great location and close to everything we wanted to see and do. We highly recommend this property and hope to return:) Mahalo!!

First off. This place should more than 5 stars as it has it all. We found the only place we want to stay in the future when returning to Kauai. The host cater to a truly amazing stay. They use local businesses to introduce guests to some really wonderful things kauai has. For example, the local soaps from Maile or flowers from local florist. The home has it all. Extremely clean and well maintained(this cannot be understated as floors, blinds, screen, hot tub, pool, appliance were are pristine). You wont see everywhere on the island. Owners go out of their way to make sure guest have everything, and we did. Everything for beach or pool we could ask for and our kids loved this place. From ping pong outside and nice yard for them to play in, it was all perfect. We have stayed at several high end homes in Kauai and resorts as well like the St. Regis and 1-Hotel and still this home and owners do it better and we will be back. Thank you

Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful home! Plenty of space to gather with family. Nice pool and grounds, easy walk to beach. I will definitely book again. Owner had good suggestions for things to do in the area.

Our Family has been in Real Estate for over 20 years. We built our first home on Kauai in 2000, and then we acquired this property and has been a huge part of our family history by being able to accommodate family and friends over the years.

We finished building this home early 2007. We chose this land to build because we were looking to build a home that can accommodate large families (such as ours), multiple families, or groups looking for all of the amenities as a resort but with the privacy of a home.

There is plenty of room to have quiet time in many spaces indoors or outdoors, but also the ability to come together for hanging together, swimming/sitting in the jacuzzi, or finding an area on the lanai to get into a good book.

Watching the sunsets while having dinner from the upper lanai is one of our families/guests favorite things to do.

The pool area is daily routine for everyone to enjoy the wonderful weather on the South Shore.

We were previously were with a management company and have decided to manage ourselves to have competitive pricing and to make sure our guests are given the best experience that is possible.
