We had a great stay at Blue Breeze! The house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and was so spacious! The kids loved the pool. There was plenty of room downstairs for eating and spending time with everyone. The canal was quiet and the property managers were fantastic and so responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying there again!

Nice stay / minimal complaints

Overall we had a great stay. The living room furniture doesn’t really accommodate the amount of people the house sleeps & the air flow in the master bedroom was NOT working. It was humid in that room only, possibly an air leak from sliding doors or something. Otherwise everything else was great!

Spring break

Great place to stay. We really enjoyed the pool. The kitchen had everything you need. We did have some issues checking in, but they were on top of it and came right over to help.

Lots to do in Marathon and made it easy to explore the Keys from Key West to the Everglades. House was clean, roomy and well equipped. The small details like hand soap at every sink was nice. Would recommend more large serving bowls in the kitchen. A little disappointed that unable to fish from dock as much as would have liked due to the weeds that were blown in. Riley and Mallory from Keys Ocean Vacations were fantastic to deal with. Would definitely use this company again.

Always there if we had any questions. Pigeon Key was a pleasant surprise as an activity, we should have gone to more places but we enjoyed being in the house relaxing so much. Great place to re-unite as a family in a world of kids with heads buried into devices.

Communications with Host Representatives, Mallory & Lydia were necessary only as a matter of routine & efficient. The Advanced Text/Automated Check-in made arrival and Check-In Simple & Stress free. The Home more than comfortably accommodated my family of 8, ranging in ages from 1-year to 56 years old. Even though the property is adjacent to Highway 1... it felt as if we were far off the ‘beaten path’... with plenty of privacy provided by the hedge. The Automated Check-out procedure and list were clear and easy to follow. The Boat Slip Accommodated our 33’ HydraSport securely for the week with no issues. The location at the end of the deep Channel sheltered the boat securely from a storm that rolled through on one of nights. We will be back for future bookings.

We rented this house at very last minute and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The house was perfect for us. Convenient Location

This is a very nice house conveniently located in the middle keys. It's easy to find and easy to get to upper and lower keys for shorter day trips. The only slight downside is the noise of the traffic from the highway. Irregardless, it was a well-maintained house that provided a comfortable stay.

Beautiful Spring Break Getaway

This house was very comfortable for our two families with ages from 9-13. The living area was very spacious as well as the bedrooms and closets. The dock and canal were gorgeous. Our favorite part was the wraparound porches with picturesque views. The only downsides were the road noise in the master bedroom and a resident down the street stating we were not allowed to walk the last street of the neighborhood. Good news is you have kayaks to use to gain those stunning views anyway :) Overall wonderful experience!

Good property busy street

Overall the property is a nice and well maintained and we enjoyed our stay. We rented with the knowledge it was right on US 1 and anticipated all the traffic noise. If you sit on the deck on the north side the road noise is much better. There are limited places to walk.

Blue Breeze Fun Time

Overall excellent property. Listing said 4 kayaks but only two. The home is lovely with nice decor and located at a nice MM. The property is across the street is industrial ugly, but the Blue Breeze house makes up for it.

Great house

We enjoyed the spacious comfortable house. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Sombrero Beach was amazing. Just over an hour to key west. And close enough to visit Islamorada.

Amazing property. Will stay again!

Loved our stay! It was exactly in the middle of the keys. My fisherman husband loved being able to bring his own pro kayak and going out from the yard, we had kayaks for the rest of the family provided by the property. We grilled, we shopped, we enjoyed the beach, we had a great time. Unfortunately we had to cancel our last few days due to The Pandemic. As soon as we can go back, we will.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description was fairly accurate, but it failed to mention the noise from US Highway 1. The property was clean and well maintained, but their weren't enough trash containers. I probably wouldn't recommend the house due to the noise and the distance from Marathon. The Dolphin attraction was less than a mile away and so was the Grassy Key Marina.

Perfect spot in the middle of the Florida Keys!

This house had everything! Beds, amenities, very clean and up-to-date. It was very easy for us get acclimated and relax. In just a short 10-minute drive we had access to beaches, restaurants and all the Marathon attractions. Our guests consisted of the following ages: 14, 15, 42, 42 , and 70. We stayed Saturday to Saturday. Flew in from Miami and drove. That particular day took 2.5 hours and the driving scenery was amazing (we're from the frozen tundra of Michigan). For general grocery shopping, I would recommend signing up for a free Win Dixie account to receive all of their discounts (a really easy way to save a little money). It looked like the Win Dixie was recently updated making it very easy to shop. Restaurants were overall okay. We really didn't know what to expect. We ate out a few times. A lot of overpriced fried food and drinks. We really liked Barracuda's. It was pricey, but well worth it. A lot more culinary effort went into their menu (if that's your thing). We did visit the Aquarium in Marathon. Great for kids of all ages. You can feed fish and pet a few stingrays. We also visited the Dolphin Rescue place. The kids liked that, you can purchase a close encounter with dolphins (which I found to be overrated.) We didn't make it to the Turtle Hospital, but that will be on our list next time. We did two day trips to Key West. First day we had lunch at the brewery, which was excellent. Our main activity was a sunset dinner cruise, that too was excellent. Appetizers and drinks were plenty. Parking in the ramp was $32 per/day. It takes roughly 2-hours to drive there. Our second day was shopping and sight seeing. We purchased a day-long trolley pass, well worth it. We visited the Maritime Museum , which focused on recovered treasure; visited the Southernmost Point (plan to wait 20-minutes in line for a photo); the Hemingway House and not to mention just people watching. We threw in a few beach days. We really liked Bahia Honda State Park. It has two sides to the beach area. Plan to bring a mask and snorkel. Didn't get a chance to do any major snorkeling, but it would definitely be something on the list for next time. Our 7-days in the keys was a perfect amount of time to relax, do some fun activities and sightseeing and overall make some great family memories.
