Immaculate Zen Oasis

Great unit, location and host

The apartment was lovely and furnished with everything you could want. The location was perfect for us. Shannon was so nice and helpful. The rooftop deck pictures were just a little misleading but it was wonderful all the same.

Excellent LA. apartment

We had an excellent stay. Everything was as described and on-street parking was always available. A very cute and well-supplied kitchen. Nice sized bedroom with comfortable bed. Shannon, the host, was welcoming and helpful. Thanks!

nice homey place in the middle of urbanity

I booked the stay for my parents visiting from China. They loved it. They particularly enjoyed being able to walk to groceries and even the Grove. And the neighborhood is rather quiet.

Super cute property, equipped with everything you need. Very clean and the private rooftop area was my favorite part. Only issue was the wifi disconnected a lot and with me working from home during my stay it could get frustrating

Lovely apartment and lovely host.

It's perfect. I will be coming back to this beautifully appointed apartment. It has luxurious bedding and extra lovely throws and comforters. The apartment is set up perfectly for comfort and is immaculate. There is a well stocked small grocery store within walking distance. Shannon is kind and present.

Beauty, peace and a GREAT sleep

Shannons flat is as advertised- super cosy. Great kitchen and the most comfortable bed Ive slept in in years. Its very quiet, but the neighbourhood has a nice selection of coffee shops and restaurants you can walk to within 15 min. Parking is easy. The bathroom is clean and well appointed. The place has everything except a washing machine. We used the nearby laundromat- and we did have a hiccough with the internet, but it was a problem in the area, and Shannon did what she could to find out what was happening. Its perfect for a couple, not much room for more than that. We enjoyed one morning on the balcony as the weather wasnt great most of the time, but we saw humming birds, and its lovely in the sun. Im quite a fussy tenant- Full marks.

Lush landscaping, perfect space

We are so glad we stayed at Shannon's place! Excellent outdoor space, quiet neighborhood, lush landscaping, great water pressure, comfortable bed. The space was comfortable and clean and Shannon was great at communicating. On-street parking was never an issue. We expect to be back!

Perfect Get Away

Shannon's Guest suite was divine. The decor was clean, smooth and met all of our needs. Black out curtains, great selection of cable channels and the rooftop area was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The grounds of the property are tropical and lush. There is a small grocery right around the corner, perfect for any items that might be needed. Shannon is a gracious hostess and provided creamer upon request for our very important morning coffee. Will keep this property as one our favs and we plan to return to L.A. more often.
