Spring Break at Turquoise

We had the BEST time at Turquoise... our condo was perfect for our family both young and old. It had everything we needed and was just as described on listed. The communication with Prickett Properties was the best we've ever had with any mgmt company! They were extremely communicative and timely in response. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend !

Fun get away

What a great property! Wonderful views, greatly furnished, comfortable furniture and beds! Nicely stocked kitchen-could use a few more utensils but all was great. Such a beautiful and convenient location. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing condo!

We loved staying in this condo! The condo was spacious and perfect for our vacation. The beautiful kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the comfy patio furniture every day and everyone loved relaxing in the hot tub at night. Would definitely stay here again!

All the amenities

Lovely condo with all the amenities. Everything that we needed was right at our fingertips. The ocean, the pools and even a poolside restaurant. Very nice workout facility as well. We had a wonderful time!

Frog in master bathtub

We were excited to stay at Turquoise Place however this unit being across the hall from the elevator you could still hear it in the condo. The master bathtub never stopped sounding like a frog (sign saying you’ll hear a humming noise during cleaning) but it was constant. The hot tub on the balcony, only half worked until the pool “cleaner” came in and we mentioned it. He fixed it however 2 days before checkout it stopped working all together, no power to it. The balcony needs a deep clean, power washing might help. The barbecue, we didn’t use at all because of leftover food on the grill. We even paid for an extra night but I wish we didn’t.

Beware of this property management

While we loved the unit itself and the location, we will never book through Prickett Properties again. The first day we were there, an unscheduled maintenance man came into our unit using a master key. We told him we were unsettled that he just let himself in and it was not a good time and that we didn’t need any service to our hot tub and he pushed back saying he needed to service it (we never received any info on this and our hot tub was working fine). We weren’t expecting him and were shocked that he literally let himself in without our consent. There are no lockboxes and the unit doesn’t provide laundry or bedding services that would warrant someone coming in unannounced. This is a huge safely concern for us since we have 2 underage children and have always told them to not answer the door if we were not there. They are both old enough to be there without us if we had run an errand but certainly not comfortable with unannounced grown men forcing their way in when we’re aren’t there to supervise. When we called about this we were assured that this was not the norm and not ok and would never happen again… except it did, the very next day. Same situation. We called again and were told by Prickett that they were so very sorry and they would share our same concerns especially a teenage girl in the unit. They assured us that this should not be happening and that they would have a meeting about this and make sure these maintenance men knew not to force their way in unannounced. (It seems crazy that we would have to address this twice). However when we asked to find out the resolution to this the tables were turned and they disregarded our concerned and blamed the HOA saying this is completely normal and fine. We are working with Turquoise Place directly now and they have stated this is not normal protocol. We will never book through this company again and are very disappointed in their lack of care for our safety concerns. I would strongly urge to not book with this company. Jessica S.

Disappointed

Sent pictures of the rotted wall area in the kitchen, the worn areas of the furniture and the mildew in the bathing areas to Prickett Properties but have had no response from them. I have stayed in other units at Turquoise Place but have not had a unit so neglected in the past.

Great location

The location was great. We have stayed in this complex for 5 years now, this was our first time in the C tower. Condo was fine. Lots of room! We had a toilet back up and they came right away to fix it. We were pleasantly surprised by the heated lazy river!!

Amazing trip!

We always love staying at Turquoise Place and this unit did not disappoint! Unit was clean and well stocked. The only minor negative was out of property manager's control - all hot tubs in entire condo have been out of service for a few months. There is still plenty to enjoy at this unit and property! Be sure to check out the new Coastal restaurant on the beach about a mile down from property!

The property is amazing, love to hot tub! 10th floor warmer then expected, could use a few more kitchen items and the floors were filthy. Couldn’t use grill as it would not light, gas stove is great! New owner on right track
