Tamara was an amazing (and very responsive) host to this beautiful property. My wife and two small kids enjoyed the cabin, which is close proximity to both Rocky Mountain National park, and all the shopping / restaurants. Home had all the amenities we needed and is a great location right in the river. Wish I’d brought my fly rod… next time! Thank you for a great experience, we will be back!

A wonderful stay and fantastic hosts. Having a Christmas tree ready to go and decorations reduced our stress a lot. The cabin had everything we needed and more. Hosts were very welcoming right from the beginning. Highly Recommend.

Our host was fantastic and called us before the trip to make sure that we had all the information. She checked on us again the day of our travels to make sure everything was OK. The house was beautiful, well apportioned and very comfortable. Very clean, beds were comfortable, beautiful views all about.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. My husband and I stayed in an upstairs bedroom and had our own bath. However the stairs became a problem for us. We are older and it becane a chore to climb those stairs. I feel this cabin would be better for younger people. Other than the stairs we enjoyed our stay.

Just great! Comfortable living space, clean, view/sound of the river right across from the deck. It had all the little things we could need (ie small coffee grinder when all we brought was whole-bean). Owners were responsive when I forgot the access code. Not sure what else we could have needed. Truly great stay!

As owners of Aspen Brook Vacation Homes, they had the opportunity to obtain this wonderful cabin which is one of the original cabins for rent at Aspen Brook since 1988. Tamara and James love working with people and have owned their own businesses in Estes since 1986. James is a professional photographer, Tamara manages the businesses and loves to make folks feel at home.

The Evergreen Cabin has so much to offer. It is close to the Big Thompson River running though Aspen Brook's property, so it's perfect for those who love to fish. Even in winter, Evergreen cabin is easy to get to and has all the comforts of home. The comfy 3-bedroom, 2 bath layout gives ample space and has lots of little extras like a gas fireplace, river facing deck, and natural gas Weber grill. Evergreen has many repeat guests who come back for their mountain fix year after year!

Evergreen is a part of the small, nature-oriented community of Aspen Brook. Whether it's one couple or a family of six, the cabin is just right. Star gazing is amazing since there are no streetlights to obstruct views and the river facing deck is perfect for the summer nights. You can fish the Big Thompson River that's just steps from the cabin, hike into Rocky right from Aspen Brook, or take a short drive back to downtown Estes Park. The cabin is very well maintained, beautifully updated, and so comfortable.
