2025 beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was the perfect size for two adults and two kids. Great view! The kids loved the splash pad and the pool. Also right down the street from Doc’s seafood which is a really good restaurant. Will definitely be staying at phoenix 5 agai.

Great location on Orange Beach

Very clean and efficient condo, had everything we needed. Very convenient to lots of eating spots and multiple grocery stores for stocking up. Right on a beautiful beach with plenty of room and good beach services.

Great Break, Comfortable Stay

My wife and I love the Orange Beach area and have visited numerous times. This was our first stay at this property. We really enjoyed it and was looking for a place to try out some off-season time in Orange Beach. One big priority for us is time the balcony. We really enjoyed watching the ocean. The balcony furniture, table and chairs were excellent quality and very comfortable. We were able to watch dolphins in the mornings and evening from the balcony. We did enjoy several dinners on the balcony. This property is obviously not a new property, although it was well maintained and had all the needs we were looking for in the unit. It was very clean and my wife felt safe there which is a priority The views were awesome, the location perfect, parking was convenient. We stayed 6 nights. The communication with the property manager was very good. The only thing that we could have asked for was a bed that was not so firm. Although many people may prefer firm. We will be making future plans to return to Orange Beach and would not hesitate to stay at this property again if the other units are set up the same. Definitely will add a few more nights to our next stay.

Nice condo, has a great view. We enjoyed our stay and would book again at the unit. The kitchen wasn’t very clean and it wasn’t stocked very well, such as wine glasses, coffee cups and glasses etc. The condo needs a deep cleaning.

Great for short notice to stay but way overpriced.

Older but great location. Elevators were extremely hot. We had to take the stairs several times. Double doors to outside pool area were taped up and looked dangerous. Cleaning personnel should have their own service elevator. Shouldn’t be charged such a costly cleaning fee since we were required to take out trash, make sure dishes were cleaned and put away and were required to put towels in bathtub. I’ve not ever stayed in a condo where we were required to do all of that and still pay such an extensive fee.

Loved the property and easy it was to acess the beach. The beds were not very comfortable, but manageable. Over all we had a blast.

Nice Get A Way

The property was nice. I received an email the day BEFORE I left notifying me they were doing some construction work. I feel this notification should have arrived sooner. Still too late to cancel. The bathroom in this unit was awful. Tub filled up with water while showering and took forever to drain. The toilet ran on and off the whole time I was there. Luckily my balcony was not closed.

Great View

The view was great. Our only complaint was the couch. My little girl loves vacation nights snuggling on the couch and her response when we saw the couch was “mommy a bear tore up our couch.” The leather was all torn up and no one even wanted to sit on it. Other than that the space was very nice. They supplied iron and ironing board. Chairs were available to rent. Splash pad was fun for my 4 year old.

everything was good except the kitchen could use more supplies instead of just the bare minimum including pot holders, The view was fantastic.

Enjoyable Stay!

Renting this property was very easy. We had a fabulous time. Only one thing, someone did not wash and clean one of the skillets in our unit. It was in the cabinet with scrambled eggs residue.
